Prob the worst location I have ever been to!! They’re so rude and always forget things when I order through DoorDash!!! I even called them when I placed my order to remind them to please not forget my sauce cause they have not been giving me the sauce I ordered and the lady that answered the phone was SUPER RUDE!!!! She didn’t even ask me what my name or order was just said “okay” and I was like do you need to know my name for the order and she didn’t even say anything!!! Tonight I did not get my chips and salsa, my French fries or my sauce!!!! I tried to call and tell them but they would not answer the phone just kept picking it up and hanging up!!! I wish there was a location closer to me that would deliver cause this one sucks!!!

Great service! Although I wasn’t able to get the cashiers name, she was a great representative of the company. The wait time was under 2 minutes to place my order. (Take out) Roughly 10 minutes to receive my order. ( On a Saturday evening ) My food was hot and delicious! Great service, great food, great attitudes from the employees!!
I had a great time. I would like to thank your newest manager for making my first visit there so special. And let me say, he's not a respect of person. We normally love B-dubs but had a horrible meal tonight. We ordered boneless bbq wings that had no sauce on them and were over cooked. And We ordered traditional wings that were way over cooked, barely any sauce, and some wings were just halves- the other end of them were just bare bone. We had to add our own sauce, but they were still just horrible. Won’t order take out from this location ever again.
We enjoyed our lunch on January 29, 2022. Our server, Jayme, was excellent. She was very pleasant, welcoming, attentive and refreshed our beverages without us asking. Best service we have had at the Hendersonville location.
Food was good but the cooks count a piece of crust as a wing. However they made it right by giving me 5 additional wings. Service was fast for being understaffed and very busy.

My experience was nice. Me and my friends had a lovely time. The place was nice. Ambience was chill. Our server was nice. I can see myself going back.
