Visited on a Tuesday around 2pm and they were very slow. We saw 2 staff in kitchen and 5 wait staff gossiping and goofing off and ignoring us for the most part, although none were rude. We thought brick oven pizza carryout would be quick but we waited about 25-30 minutes after ordering before getting our pizza. Taste was good but not amazing and menu was somewhat limited.
I genuinely enjoy coming to Brixx. all of their food has better taste and better quality than any other pizza place around. You decide if you like a brick fired pizza but the 1/2 pizza, 1/2 salad for $10 is a great deal for lunch.
Loved the pizza first time we went. Yesterday the pizza was luke warm when I got it. Also asked for my salad before the pizza, it came with the pizza. There us nothing like hot pizza right out of the oven. Disappointing this trip.
Super quickly seated at a nice clean table. Friendly staff. Appetizers came out quickly, staff attentive to our needs as well. Each of us had a pizza that came out quickly and perfectly baked. And prices were not bad for the product. Restrooms were clean, and easily found as well.
Great food. Best pizza in hville in my opinion. Same for the spinach dip!! Also great selection of local and other brews. Staff very friendly. Love that you can see inside the kitchen from some seats.
Good service. The server was extremely nice but the pizza was pretty mediocre. The wings were better than the pizza
Good wood-fired pizza, made any way you want it. Service was quick and friendly, Pizza was good.Only complaint is that it was a little dirty, our table was sticky, and the bathroom was worse than an interstate mapco restroom.
Such Amazing Brick Oven pizza. I couldn't decide which one to try they actually let you put 2 together it was absolutely AWESOME. We had a great waitress Rebecca. The Root Beer is also off the chain. We definitely will be going back there again soon.
Service was outstanding! My first time here. I didn't try the pizza. I had wings and a salad and they were so delicious! Salad was very fresh. The wings were cooked to order, not small and were very good.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is amazing. 10 dollar lunch special is a great value. Right next to the Regal theater. Eat before ya watch.
