Yesterday was my first visit to this Bojangles location which closes at 4:00pm. I came through the drive-thru at about 3:55pm. I had never had Bojangles before (I am new to the area) and wanted to try it out. And let me tell you - the customer service here blew me away! The gentlemen at the window was so patient and went out of his way to show us kindness. I really felt welcomed and will definitely will be coming back again. Oh yeah, and the sweet tea, chicken and biscuits were amazing!!! Thank you guys!
i love the food but i litterally can never get an order from this location. They stay on doordash when they are no lonfer taking orders and close super early compared to the others.
The dining room is still closed.....waited in the drive through line for 25 mins...only to be told they were taking CASH ONLY!!! Won't ever be back there again.
Terrible service! This was the second time I’ve been to the drive thru when the employees that are there don’t take your order. Both times employees were in the store but didn’t respond to people pulling up. Eventually everyone just leaves. If you are going to close early at least put a sign on the drive thru and/or door. Worst location I’ve experienced.
Great food, great service and affordable prices but the music they had was sooo inappropriate. I don't mind rap music but didn't appreciate the F bombs, the A$$ or B calling. Come on, it's a public place, you can listing to that in your car or home.
How does a chicken place open at 6 am to serve breakfast but close at 4 pm? Why prioritize breakfast over times where you would sell chicken? The Bojangles near the air port is open until 10 pm.
Excellent food. Gave me sweet rather than unsweetened iced tea, but made it right and also gave me an order of blueberry biscuits for my trouble. Very nice manager.
You don't deserve a star. Your establishment has steadily continued to go down the tubes.Cannot even keep enough people employed to maintain regular business hours . Current manager admitted previous staff all walked out.My latest experience was a grilled chicken sandwich which you left off the mayo, bun was dry, but most importantly the chicken was COLD! Like it had been cooked yesterday and just left out overnight. My husband ordered 3 wings, you only had 2, but instead of letting him know right away, you let him sit in drive-thru twiddling his thumbs, until he finally blew the horn to see what the problem wasWe're done with Bojangles
Long wait as dining room closed. Steak biscuit was pretty good.
I see new general manager, Kristen, almost every morning. I work Mon-Fri. She’s always got a smile on her face and is easy to converse with. You don’t see many people awake that early and happy to be on the move. I have noticed the last couple of times I’ve been through that she is on crutches or limping around. Still doing the best she can though! Props to her and the crew that work with her for working through the craziness. They’re always singing, smiling and having a good time with each other, despite their hardships. When one of them moves, the others move to help. They have great team work and seem to really love each other. Being short-staffed has them cooking and filling orders a little slower than usual, but I will continue to support these awesome people, who always go above and beyond to make my morning breezy. Keep up the good work! You guys will make it!
