Worst experience ever. Called to discuss how we received the wrong order from Doordash and figure out how to fix it, was rudely told to call tomorrow “and have them deal with it”. I heard her rudely yelling at employees in the background over helping customers at the counter then she continued to yell in my ear about how she was busy and didn’t have time for this to call in the morning someone else would handle it. I get this is a franchise and the food is great but if possible save the community and do not offer business here. Maybe they will catch on that the store needs some better over site. Nothing worse than a manager denying accountably on a simple mistake and refusing to offer resolution to say don’t spend your money here
My dad and I came in for ice cream sundaes and a double scoop and immediately felt so welcome when we came in.CJ, Ashlyn, and Joey were so kind. They worked together as a team to complete our order. They were so happy to help us. They thanked us for our business and tip. We literally felt like family. One of the best customer service experience we have had. Ms.Teresa is just as wonderful as her staff. We can’t wait to come back and get ice cream from this location. Definitely recommend if you are in this area and desire some great ice cream to come visit.
I went the other day with my mom to the Hendersonville tn location and we enjoyed our experience. When you first walk in it smells like delicious waffle cones! We were able to dine in and enjoy our ice cream ? ?
Customer service is always great here. I’m not sure of his name but the taller male worker with the curly hair goes above and beyond and is always so sweet! Great location that you can tell is managed well.
Awesome, The service was amazing, and always is! Honestly I will only go here for ice cream or shakes. It seems like this is the only place around that you get good service from. The workers here really care about their job, and it shows. So I challenge everyone that visits this location to show your appreciation for good service, and take the time to leave a good review, LEAVE A GOOD TIP!!!! Everyone needs to feel appreciated sometimes. And the way the world is today people forget how important it is to have good service from our food service industry. It's a hard job. And they do it right here!
