UPDATE: Why is this Arbys so terrible? First, they never had the Diablo Dare in stock. Now they can't seem to get the Wagyu burger in stock. Given up going to this location.No Diablo Dare at this location? What a joke.
The service at this location on May 4, 2022 around 7:40 pm was absolutely horrible and the food was prepared very sloppy. I also went inside to pick up the online order and the employee had no customer service skills what so ever. There was no greeting the customer and her attitude described exactly how the food was made. This was a bad experience.
They are always friendly and food is always super fresh my go to and the only arbys I will go to!! Their team is awesome
Ordered a Classic beef and cheddar combo. The sandwich had maybe 4 slices of meat. The supposedly curly fries were only bit and pieces of fries. Won't be back. Pathetic
Night time employees are always rude for no reason! My French fries were only filled a quarter of the way in the box and my bread was soggy on my sandwich! Called to speak to a manager when I got home, needless to say, I'll never be going back to this Arby's again! If you're that miserable at your job, go somewhere else and work! Everywhere is hiring! Everyone has bad days, but it's life. Customer service isn't easy by any means sometimes BUT you still have to be a nice person to deal with whether you like it or not.
First one star restaurant review I’ve ever left in my life and it is for whoever their shift leader is! I did not catch her name, but she is so foul and rude! The name on my ticket is Javasia but I think she was the cashier. Again, my bad review is for the SHIFT LEADER - a young african american woman with glasses and a ponytail. All I did was order a sandwich and she popped an attitude with me. I feel sorry for her coworkers! I hope she was just having a terrible day and that this is not how she always acts. Do better!
My family has always loved Arby's. We always use the drive-thru so not being able to dine inside had no impact on our decision making. The drive thru is quick with little wait time. The line moves quickly due the quick and efficient employees. They are court
Just came home from an outpatient surgery. Had a tube down throat so my throat is very sore I was a little hazy so I didn't fully pay attention to the Jamoca shake being handed to me from my hubby. It's as vanilla as can be. Called and the response was bring it back. I'm not to be left alone and I told the person on the phone that. Her response was what do you want me to do. Tell your staff to turn things over to a manager.
If you live in Hendersonville & have an hour out of your life to order, then explain to them ( as you have to go back thru the drive thru cause you cant go inside) that your order is wrong- despite your receipt and the tag on your sandwich being correct -that your food still isn't.... then by all means go here!!! Otherwise go to wendy's
