The line was about 8 cars long so I thought I'd take the little ones inside...WRONG...door was locked! I guess they are hurting for staffing too~ So we got back into the car and got in line. It went pretty fast. I have to say Wendy's strawberry milkshake is THE BEST!! MUCH BETTER than their chocolate shakes they have been so known for. There wasn't much of a chocolate taste...kind of diluted taste--a hint of chocolate taste-ha! But the strawberry was great!!
It's not one issue: it's consistent. Remove signs with dining room hours if staffing is so difficult that the dining room is closed. Any given visit something doesn't work or isn't available. Tonight it was no chili, no salads. Earlier in week no frosty's. Last week they had drinks but no ice. A month or so ago they were staffed but greeted drive through guests with the notice "Our system is down". I'll contact corporate to see if this is franchisee or company owned, but wanted to leave a google review as well. It's asinine: I've never seen a Wendy's grouping so poorly run as this location and its sister location at Saddle Creek in Germantown. Truly unbelievable.
I wish I could give a 0. There was mold in the lemonade and they currently serving this to their customers!!! Pls DONT EAT HERE!!! On top of that our burgers were hard and the meat looked like it was sitting out for a long time! It looked like beef jerky!
If I could give “Zero” stars I would. Terrible customer service. Handed my food to me and the bread was stale and cold. Asked for a refund and was told that they toasted the bread and nothing was wrong with it after touching on it.. I know the difference between hard stale bread vs toasted. Maybe the manager and the staff didn’t. Wouldn’t surprise me.Then the unprofessional staff including the “so called” manager laughed and snickered when I told them I wanted my money back. The cheese wasn’t melted. Looked like they just slapped cold cheese on the sandwich. The employees I encountered on my visit will run your business into the ground. Most people just accept the poor customer service and move on. I’m not spending my money at an establishment where the staff is ghetto, rude, and expects the customer not to know better.Won’t go here again.
Went to Wendy's and ordered a caesar salad . It had several lettuce cores in it. I was very disappointed in the quality of the salad.
Yesterday we received the WORST customer service ever at a fast food restaurant. We visited the store located in Germantown, TN on 9197 Hwy 72. Upon trying to redeem our BOGO sandwich offered on the receipt for doing the survey, we were told it was not at this address which is CLEARLY printed on the receipt. We immediately went outdoors and put in it our GPS which also verified this was the correct address. I guess being old they thought we were too stupid to figure this out. When we returned to the store the cashier said "They are back". Then a different person (3rd we talked to) came up and proceeded to take our order saying that she was used to seeing Poplar Ave being printed on the receipt. We have been coming there for some time and have never seen it printed out Poplar (always Hwy 72 as it was this time. She never apologized for how we were previously treated. Also on the way out I noticed just inside the door the SAME GROSS SPOT WE HAD SEEN THERE THE WEEK BEFORE. It looked like either throw up or spit up and it had never been cleaned. Next we tried calling customer service over 60 time, even at 8PM and 6AM and always got a busy signal. AS I am writing this I have been on hold for with Wendy's corporate office for 1hour, 51 min. At 2 hours, I was disconnected. We will NEVER visit that location again. Obviously they do not value their customers at all and corporate don't want to hear about it either.
Pathetic!!! Order a hamburger combo with no cheese, I got cheese. I ordered a son of baconater, I got no bacon on it. I thought combo’s came with a medium drink, but now you have to pay extra for a medium drink. You have no one coming inside and you can’t get an order right, when I am the only one there. Will not be back.
Why is this place still in business. . . Horrible service. . . Horrible food. . . .Horrible attitudes. Wish they had negative 5
Quick, accurate drive through experience for breakfast before a 4-hour drive. Hot, just prepared food! An exception in Memphis these days.
The only fast food place in the area that seems to never run out of anything and customer service is always nice!
