Great staff giving amazing service
Staff was very friendly. Food was hot and came to the table fast. We left full and happy. Best breakfast we’ve had in a long time.
People skills are horrible, I walked inside to register only one person ahead of me barely greeted. Once I get to register the lady looks at me, walks away from register and starts doing something else only to say "someone will be with you in just a minute" when she could have taken my order. Then a young lady to the left of the counter just stood an watched me as if she didn't want to help me. Thanks to one older lady that had manners to help me an provide good customer service skills and asked was I headed to work being I was in uniform an on lunch break. Food was good but customer service skills need improvement asap...
Very slow service. And there is a cook that works Tuesday mornings that feels that after he cooks that's all he should do. The poor waitress was obviously new and taking orders out. While my food just sat there. Like dude you can't bag it up for her?? I've already waited while trying to pay while she stopped first to give them silverware. They had food no silverware. Then she made their drinks. Finally finished ringing me up. She is now taking the husband a waffle that had been sitting there. His wife is almost done by now.. And the cook is just standing there. Smh.. And mind you...all of this waiting was with just one guy at the counter and the couple I mentioned. Imagine a busy morning...
We have been to the #WaffleHouse twice in about a 6 week window.It is so good & its simple, easy, FAST & oh yeah - if I didn't mention it before - GOID like double - O - goodFor a slightly different flair of #FastFood #breakfast, visit

The food was fine. This was the loudest waffle House I have ever been in. And all the noise came from one server. She was so loud that nobody could even convey the orders to the cook. by the time I finished half my meal I just left because my head was hurting too much.
We went there,waited for a table . The lady behind the counter yelled just sit in the red chairs ..it's gonna be 15 to 20 mins for a table .Grabbed a booth when one became available that's fine . Our server wasn't too concerned with much. Observing the staff I guess that was normal . Finally got our drinks . Finally gave our order . My ham in my omelet was burnt . Also pretty sure it was not a 3 egg omelette. My hash browns were wrong . Hubby finally got his blt minus the lettuce .they were out .his bread was cold ... Hash browns barely warm and under cooked. I finished my omelet and finally got my hash browns . The customers at this waffle house were the only nice and pleasant thing about our whole experience .
Everything was fine this day... Until my friend saw a huge rat staring at him from under the prep area... We stood up immediately , paid, and left... Until this happened, this had been my favorite Waffle House location but unfortunately, I will not be back!
