Just had the best appetizers and drinks at Uncle Goya’s! The drink menu is outstanding and all fresh ingredients!!! I sampled 3 different margaritas and loved them all! This is not your typical Mexican restaurant! We loved sitting at the bar and watching all of the amazing drinks being made! Love this new hidden gem in the middle Germantown!
I had been wanting to check out uncle Goyo‘s since they opened. We had a minute yesterday and went in for a late lunch… Our hostess/waitress was just as nice as could be. We both ordered a Diet Coke and an ice water, the Diet Coke arrived and it was flat and way too sweet… My icewater had the taste of lime that grosses me out. The salsa and guacamole dip before meal was very bland and just not that good. We both ordered tacos and they were not good…even the black beans that I had on the side were bland and watery. The restaurant itself looked fantastic, great decor and it looks like they have a nice patio outside. The employees were all very nice and our waitress did a great job… That being said the quality of food needs some serious work.
My friend and I had a wonderful lunch today. Our first visit, the shrimp and fish tacos were wonderful. We loved the fresh guac too! The restaurant is really beautiful. We can't wait to take more friends for dinner!
Finally, Queso that’s fun to eat. Not your traditional Mexican fare. Take a look at those pics and you’ll see this is a very different Mexican restaurant. Better seafood than you would expect and still some more traditional fare.
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Uncle Goyo’s! We ordered tableside guacamole, and 2 tacos each (the pescado and quesabirria) plus street corn. Everyone was prepared and presented well, and delicious. Can’t wait to go back for dinner and drinks!
Excellent customer service, first I was surprised by the price, but I had my best Mexican food here. Food taste very healthy and fresh! I will be trying everything they have

Incredible food with great service! They will bring you two different bowls of salsa but go ahead and ask for the “spicy salsa” and you will not regret it. In addition, be sure to finish off your dinner with a dessert!
