There were only two people working and the did a awesome job for only two peopleMy was were was the store manager they should had came to help out it is your store and maybe so many cars would had not drove off . That's your job to pick up the slack when you are short if you can't get anyone to cover the shift you sign on for the job. I am just saying you are double working the crew.
I drive to this specific location despite having a closer one right around the corner from my house. The staff here are super nice, they ALWAYS get custom orders right for the many picky eaters in my family, and service is fast. I feel like I'm giving away a best-kept secret.
Every time I uber they close ubering down At 9pm. We sit I'm line 20 minute and Taco Bell on Covington Pike says uber machine has problems or staffing issues
I've been a customer to this particular taco bell since 2017. I have not had any major complaints until the past few months. I order the nachos belle grande frequently and lately It has become quite obvious that the oil on the chips is rancid. it is foul enough to make you nauseous.
Continue to only have drive-thru open not even letting mobile orders pick up. Spent over 20 minutes of time and gas waiting. This location continues to be slow and food quality is mediocre. I wish I had never bought the taco pass which is why I go there so often
Before you try their late night drive thru you may want to top off your fuel tank so you don't run out of fuel during the que. On jan. 9th, 2022 at 9pm I sat in line for 48 minutes. This used to be the best taco bell in Shelby county. Why are you allowing this to happen?
Whoever is working the drive thru at 11:40pm on 1/2/22 is threatening people not to come thru the drive thru. We drove away because he was swiping his hand across his throat when we pulled in. Very unnerving.

It's taco bell. I went for breakfast which I highly enjoy when I'm on a road trip. My order was correct and the food was a good temperature. Recommend if you are looking for fast tacos
Why is Laura hanging out the window asking people to complete a survey about how she’s doing and, when we come back to hand them back old food they have given us, her attitude has completely changed? Like us spending our money to treat ourselves to Taco Bell and, it not be what we should have is a waste of her time. Almost $30 and, it wasn’t even edible. That’s unacceptable. The manager was VERY sweet and, professional and, refunded us our money with no questions asked. I see why she is the manager!!
