The food was good but the customer service pretty bad here bit other than that the food is amazing.
Horrible customer service. People here don’t care about customers and don’t think that are here to dine in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to eat in peace .
Not enough staff on hand to service the dinner crowd. One person can't provide the service required. Frustrating to have to wait to pickup an online order that sits in a bag on the shelf, while staff prepares food for walk up orders and carries on an uninterrupted mobile phone conversation through their earpiece.The food was correctly prepared and very tasty, but the experience was a disappointment.
The lady was very rude rushing me and sucking her teeth I asked her was she alright she ignored me all while speaking Another language to co worker everyone I asked about something then the coke was out so I informed her she sucked her teeth and just nasty body language then the other lady said ok mam be just one minute then I remembered a cookie order which if she wasn't rushing me then I would have gotten all at once she acted as if it was a problem to order 3cookies and I visited restaurant Tazikis next door I've been there for lunch everyday except yesterday on Sunday night Subway was suppose to be open until 9 they had doors locked sign off finally they ce to the door same lady was arguing with a customer who was simply inquiring about the time and if they were open I will never go there and my sandwich was not good because she wasn't listening and throwing my foo together at literally
Horrible customer service. They should get out of the hospitality(F&B) business. The lady at the counter is very rude, probably does not understand half of what you ask her, has some sort of attitude problem. I am not sure how someone with such horrific customer service skill be appointed at the store. Or maybe, it’s their own store.Takeaway- Spend your money somewhere else.
If I could give a zero I would HORRIBLE service I asked for extra lettuce she told me no because then it won’t close. I’ve never had such horrible customer service in a subway the lady has the worst attitude.
Their service is rubbish. Don't go. I wanted a little more Lettuce , and they said no. I won't go again.

Lady never let us finish putting our toppings on my sandwich an instantly poped it in the oven tried to tell her to take it out bc we need to put more toppings on it an she kept putting it in the oven an she could barley understand a lick of english
