Don't frequent this location, but some of the staff was rather off-puting when our friends misheard the name called out and sipped the wrong drinks. The lady behind the counter was pretty rude about an honest mistake.10am on a Sunday morningI know people treat company employees like garbage-- not condoning that type of easy-target mentality, but I really didn't expect my friends to be treated almost as bad. ??♂️ Service job functions are not easy, so, if you don't like people, stay away from customer service functions, please.Remember: The job isn't to make the drink/snack or stock the shelf or other role.. it's to make the customer happy. ??♂️ Free tip..Otherwise, I recommend the green matcha iced drink. Looks like grass-clipping soup over ice, but it's pretty good.
Spacious hybrid bank/coffeehouse building with drive-thru. Morning staff are efficient and friendly, ample room to work or use this as your Third Place.
Location and proximity to the chicken store is key to this hybrid bank/coffee place. Great staff and a drive-thru; what more can you ask for?
I went in and stood at the counter while staff just chatted about their personal lives and refilled syrup bottles, ignoring me patently waiting. When I got them someone to take my order, he was annoyed at the interruption.

Usually out of newer drinks, and drink ingredients. Can't predict when indoor seating will be open - pretty random and not related to pandemic, just atbitrary.
Drive thru line was 45 minutes. Order was gross and staff was very rude. They were out of all lactose free options and out of any customization for the hot cocoa. Literally everything was bad.
I've been to this location multiple times the last few weeks. Long wait times, spent 30 minutes in drive thur with only 3 cars in front me. Always out of stuff! Not good quality got a white mocha tasted like Luke warm milk!
They are part of a bank location so they keep bank hours and do not open until 9 in the morning. Take note, if you enjoy coffee during normal coffee drinking hours.
I must say I never dealt with an combative and rude barista in my whole life!!! I was at the drive through and having issues pulling up my app and this lady by the name of “ TRUDY” slam her hand on the counter I’m guessing I’m not moving quick enough for her. I end up using my Apple Pay due to my Starbucks app not working and I have to scan my phone and enter my password. She say it didn’t work and I replied back I need to put my password you can tell she was irritated.She flat out told me I have an attitude and told her ma’am you had an attitude first… as I was getting ready to leave she sarcastically said hope you have a better day and repeated her self twice. She was definitely trying to push buttons and would not let it go.I also asked for puppuccino and she intentionally put anything in my cup. People like her don’t have no business working in a customer service industry!
