Best Starbucks in the Germantown/ Collierville bubble. The Baristas are great and the coffee is AMAZING. Don't let anyone tell you that all Starbucks are the same... it's only as good as the barista behind the bean. ?
My drink was delicious (after I asked for it to be remade) however the store was a bit of an unorganized mess and the staff weren't as friendly as I usually expect from a Starbucks
Yay pumpkin scones are back!! Changed my drink from using soy milk to oatmilk thanks to my baristas recommendation and it was delicious
I really like this Starbucks but I was disappointed with my visit there last week.It was my first time to order the Apple Crisp Macchiato. It asked for it upside down so it would be well blended. When the barista gave me my drink I could see all the syrup at the bottom. I was not impressed considering it was $7 coffee.
Staff is always friendly and super quick with getting orders out. This location is one of my favorites because it has a cozy feel. Staff always knows the best recommended drinks.
They can take your own cup now. I like that, cut down on waste. Friendly & courteous. Like most Starbucks.
Easily my favorite Memphis Area Starbucks by service quality. Especially in the early morning - they are always crushing it!

The Starbucks we visited at Germantown and poplar was absolutely fantastic! The young lady working the counter was incredibly polite, friendly and very helpful as well! Very nice calm vibe, clean facility and I will frequent this location whenever I'm in that part of town!
