I got liver and onions and it was cold. They took it back and microwaved it, but it should be hot on the warmer. It was okay after they "warmed it". It was cafeteria style dining and it was okay, but not enough that I would go back. The waitress was the best though. She checked on me often and kept my glass full. The food just wasn't impressive.

I gave it 3 stars only because of the manager and my waitress. The rest of the line staff was either detached clueless or both. Had zero Idea about the app and getting my app points on my app. The food was barely warm. However my waitress and the manager went out of their way to give me excellent service and I DID get my points. As well as a beverage to go at no charge. I will go back again

This is the 3rd time-becoming worse with each visit. Food cooked below average and served at medium temps. I complained so much the 2nd visit, it delayed our food almost 30 minutes. Chef argued the chicken was cooked to correct temp on thermometer and all chicken would be this way. Today last time; baked chicken same way;macncheese lukewarm;; the stuffed crab/fish barely done and overseason; mexican cornbread not even warm. Pitiful!

We dined in yesterday and food was cold. We won’t be returning. What a waste of money. And it’s something I haven’t understood for years, why does Piccadilly need a waitress. Your bring your own food to the table, you can fix your own drinks and they come to the table to ask do you need condiments, lol. What sense does that make, smh. The bathroom was filthy. All three stalls.Back to the food, I didn’t eat anything I just called it a lost. It was trash. Once the food is cold it’s no need to serve or eat. I don’t want anything from another Piccadilly’s their all gone down over the years. The baked chicken sauce was disgusting ?

Food was served cold, when we got there we were told we had to wait on food, it would take about 7 minutes. When we got the food it was COLD, the temperature of this food, was like it was zapped in a microwave. I paid $ 20 for food that was not fit to eat. I will never go back to Piccadillys again!!! It's so sad that these restaurants have workers that just don't give a damm anymore. Maybe that's why some businesses fail. SLOPPY!!!!

The food was very delicious and beautifully prepared. The environment was very pleasing too. All of the workers were very cordial and pleasant.

On Christmas Eve I called Piccadilly Germantown restaurant to inquire if turkey and dressing was being served on the line. I was told yes they were serving turkey and dressing and they would be closing at 6pm. I was told I'd better call before coming to make sure they still had it before visiting. There is also a Piccadilly to Go store near the Germantown restaurant just about 8 or 10 minutes apart. I decided I would stop by Piccadilly to Go to see if they were serving turkey and dressing before going on to the Germantown store. They were not serving the turkey meal. It was 1:22pm, I called the Germantown restaurant to ask if they were still serving the meal and was told yes. I asked if I could order 3 plates and just come in to pick them up. I was told no because the procedures were to go through the line. I was told that they had plenty of turkey and dressing and there were no long lines. I drove directly to the restaurant. I arrived about 1:31pm. I walked straight in and through the line. I asked the server for the turkey and dressing. I was told there was none. I asked how could that be when I just called not ten minutes ago and was told there was plenty. The server asked if I wanted to speak with the manager, I answered yes. The manager came up to me and asked what was the problem. I explained to him what had happened. He replied that they were out of turkey and dressing. I explained that I understood that but wondered why I was toldwhat I was told. I don't know what was the cause of his next response of, "Don't holler at me! Who do you think you are? Get out of my store! Get out of here! I'm not your child!" I was flabbergasted...where did this come from? This man was so loud and angry. He was yelling so loud that everyone was staring at me. The more I tried to explain myself to him the louder he got. I was frightened. I was only asking a question. He kept yelling and trailing me out of the store...asking me to leave. I finally had to insult him before he would stop the yelling and I was able to leave. I called cooperate in Baton Rouge, LA to file a complaint. I called several times before I was able to speak with a receptionist. She took my statement and told mshe would get with the regional manager over that store and have him call me. A week has passed and I did not hear from anyone. I called back this morning and was told by the same lady that she passed my message on to the manager, she said she thought he had gotten back to me. I am unable to explain the manager's behavior and the cause for it. Did it upset him that I asked him a question? Does he have anger management problems? Does he have other underlying problems? Does cooperate naturally go along with mistreatment to customers without questioning the problem or hearing from the customer? Is this the type of manager that Cooperate rewards? I do not know what the answers are to these questions but I do now understand that although I did not grow up in "Jim Crow" for some reason I felt I was then in that era.

the food were good but the cashier were rule just remembered if you 55 year older at this location you have to tell this little young girl she don't recognize the black customers on seniors day on the white I were told by the black mgrs black people have to let the cashier know I were in Cordova get a tire fix I at that location they gave me a Seniors discount only at germantown exter they makes a difference but it's OK

Our food was cold. And we were afraid to send it back for fear of what they might do to us. The lady serving us was very rude..

I only ordered veggies but very good. Ordered peach cobbler--a bit tooo sweet for me and crust wasn't cooked long enough. Overall usually good.
