Worse experience I’ve ever had at any establishment. Workers were too busy gossiping to make my small order. They marked it as ready, but after waiting for 40 minutes I had to leave hungry without my food because I had to go to work. Manager refused to refund me even though they wouldn’t prepare my order. Going to file lawsuit and BBB complaint

I've got mixed feelings about this place and how to review it...thus I settled on 3 stars for the time being. The food was absolutely on point. Couldn't have asked for any better. But the place itself....the interior of the restaurant left much to be desired in way of cleanliness. Literally couldn't find an open spot to sit that wasn't nasty from past guests. I don't think I saw anyone wipe a table off. They all were about filthy. And then I made the mistake of looking up above the seat we eventually chose. I posted a pic but to describe it briefly it appears to be visible mold or mildew growing from a vent directly above where we sat. I find that unacceptable and so if not for the food being just amazing, I'd leave a 1 star. As it stands, I hope the right people see this because when I come back next week, if it is still up there then I'll report it being that it's got to be some sort of health hazard for customers and employees alike. Please do something because I really love this restaurant but that's just bad.

Friendly staff, always love their orange scones and Asiago breakfast sandwich.

Great service and great food.

Average at best but fine when you don't want to cook

Love coming here to work and eat when I’m in Memphis. The past couple of days when I’ve come, there has been an extremely rude and unnecessarily confrontational employee working at the register. He rolled his eyes at every person he spoke with and treated customers, including myself, like they were below him. I’m still shocked by his behavior!

Consistently bad service for mobile ordering; I have repeatedly been made to wait for 10+ minutes on an iced coffee with almond milk, something that is only marginally more difficult to prepare than a fountain drink. You're now forced to go through the cashier line for rapid pickup, so there's no COVID safety benefit for using it anymore. Last straw was having to go inside to pick up an already prepared curbside order after waiting outside for about 10 minutes. I have immense respect for what low-level food service workers are put through but there is clearly a problem somewhere in the chain.Probably fine if you have nowhere else to be like the middle-aged and elderly suburban antimaskers who fill up this place most days.

Food was great! Service was horrible.

We quickly dropped in for brunch, right after our shopping in while foods. It was a Sunday and fully packed. The service was a bit slow. I ordered a full sandwich. It was chicken chipotle melt with avocado ( the name was something similar like this). It came with some chips. My partner went for a half and half combo. He took half chicken salad sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup. The hand sandwich is tiny and the soup portion is also less. The soup was very basic and somewhat terrible, he couldn’t finish. We both took coffee along with this. Those are very basic and not r en worth to review.

Morning crew were Rock Stars! I wanted to treat Collierville Baptist ER & ICU for caring for a family member. They were pleasant & helpful in my decision on the order. The order was completed and ready for curbside pick up within 15 minutes in beautiful & sturdy to go packaging.
