Asked for a well done pizza, got a soggy mess instead.Last night we ordered two large pizzas, one vegetarian hold the broccoli add jalapeños well done and one alternative. The alternative was good, not great and the vegetarian pizza was a soggy mess in the center. We’ve eaten here for years and it’s never been this bad before. It’s usually a very good crispy pizza but even reheated in the oven today it’s quite nasty. Somebody wasn’t paying attention and with $40 worth of pizza, that’s just wrong. They had soft core porn on their tvs today. Literally. While i was with my children and other children in there. Disgusting. Then they took almost 45 minutes for my pizza.
One of the best pizza places in the Memphis area. Excellent staff. My only complaint is there is not a location near me.

Ok place, pizza is no where near comparison to pyro's!!! Ingredients are no where near as fresh. I had a 1/2 salad & slice of pizza...salad had canned mushrooms instead of fresh etc. sauce is only par, crust only par.Pro: size for price isn't bad. Not incredible, but not bad.Staff at least that we encountered were nice/friendly & helpful. Drinks regularly refilled etc.Con: Taste & quality definitely questionable.You need to factor a tip in to price as you can't take care of yourself, refill your drinks yourself like at pyro's (another example is most McAlister's you can refill yourself & they will offer to do so in courtesy).
I have been eating here for five years, never have I had such rude management. I don’t need anything free, I can pay. But when you order cheese sticks and a med pizza and you don’t get anything, until you see people that ordered after you. I loved their pizza, but after tonight, I will never be back. But the manager would not come to the register and address me and other customers that had the same issues. I will never be back!!! Collierville location 6pm 3-5-22

Was really disappointed at our first, and probably last experience with the pizza here. Service was awesome, atmosphere was relaxed and friendly but the pizza was really tasteless and lacked any sort of quality. Tasted like we were eating a tombstone frozen pizza. For all the hype I really expected better.
Great food and for a pizza place, our order came out fast. Will definitely go back!
Nice thin crust pizzas I would love to have it any day. They also customize the way we want want. One of the beat pizzas in town.
