Incredibly slow, inaccurate service. Had a terrible experience last week with cold sandwiches that were supposed to be hot, plus missing ingredients from sandwiches. Came back to give them another chance after speaking with the manager who promised better results upon my next visit. I ordered 30 minutes ago and I still don't have my food, along with every other patron in this restaurant. Go somewhere else.
Very slow . Waited in like 20 plus minutes . The workers in the back were moving slow and messing up orders . As well as calling customers “bruh” . The manager didn’t accompany anyone . Which is a huge red flag . They need to hire more people and be more professional
The food is good, but don’t recommend going there unless you put a to-go order in to pick up 30 minutes before you actually need it
Sandwich was cold,cheese dip watery sweet tea tasted like diet tea but the potatoe salad was good
Terrible service all around. We were super sweet to all the people at the front of the house and everyone was super rude to us and when we asked to BUY extra chips for our tortilla soup they completely disregarded us and just seemed like the whole question was too complex for them to understand.
Customer service impeccable. Food prepared with love and care. Beef Chill and carrots cake excellent.
The food was good when we finally got it. They only had 4 people working, and they were filling online orders first. We were told it would be 25 minutes at least before we got our food. A lot of people walked out. It will be interesting to know how much business they are losing by this practice.
Showed up at 8:20, they close at 9. The door said 9pm but all doors were locked and workers just walked around and avoided eye contact.
Major attitude problem when placing orders over the phone. First time they won’t answer the phone so you have to call back then when they do it sounds as if they are so frustrated you are calling in that it makes for quite the unpleasant shopping experience in such a nice area.
Food was wrong twice. First time I was lucky to still be in reach of the store where I could go in and correct the error. Got home and realized under the cheese of my spud there was still ham I needed under the turkey. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this location. I stopped coming years back and now I remember why. There’s always a error with my order it never fails. I request no pork in everything I order for religious purposes and to see that it’s still on something I plan on ingesting is a straight up slap in the face. I won’t be back gave them the benefit of the doubt. I thought about going back to get a refund but I much rather just dispute the charge with my bank cause I doubt they’d get the refund right.
