Waited for quite a while to be seated. Several servers made eye contact but not one acknowledged that I was waiting. One lady walked right next to me and didn't say I word. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately this is not the first time I had this type of treatment, I was giving them another chance and I am regretting doing it now.
Don't go here if you are vegetarian or vegan. Almost no options. Other than that, it is a nice place with nice staff.
Their queso is the bomb!!!!! Very friendly, and if you call ahead, your order is ready when you walk in to pick it up!!!!

Tried to patronize this place. Waitress seemed rushed, but I know most places are short staffed so I would rather have faster service than slower service. Both dishes had little flavor and chicken was overcooked and chewy. I planned to pay for the entire meal, but we left our dishes to the other side of the table while we watch a college game to get it out the way. It was obvious we were no longer eating it.After 20 mins, she finally came back to see us even though she spoke twice during those 20 mins to the table directly behind us. She brought me the ticket and ask if we needed a to go box and when I said no, she said okay very quickly and walked off.Surprised she didn't ask us if everything was okay since we barley ate our food. I never planned on getting it for free or discounted. Just wanted my ticket, was still going to tip, and leave.When she brought the paid ticket back, she THEN ask are we sure we didn't want a to go box, and I proceed to tell her very nicely, no thank you the chicken was overcooked and chewy. She looked disappointed in that, but I think she deliberately asked me AFTER payment to avoid me asking for a discount.I understand most people would ask for refund, but we still ate enough to get full while I was trying to give it a chance and especially from the whole bowl of cheese dip, so I chose not to get a refund especially with these hard times.All in all, I won't be back. Majority of all Mexican Restaurant are always on point, so I'm not sure what is going on here. Could be understaffed so cooks are rushing as well.Wishing them the best. Hope it improves.
My husband and I love this place for the convenience and proximity to our home. The food and service are always great - just wish they played some house music in there. A little music coming through some house speakers would add so much to the ambiance and to the customer experience! Just a suggestion! We’ll be back either way. Keep up the good work!
Directions on map quest was excellent. Food was great but seating took a few minutes because we arrived at a busy time. Service was excellent. Top shelf Drinks were a little weak.
I'm shocked at the bad reviews, I've been coming here for years and never had an issue. The food is extremely good and the staff is always excellent.
We stopped going to this restaurant 10 years ago because food was always cold and service was poor. We decided to try it again several months ago because several friends insisted it was good again. My husband liked the fajitas but I did not care for burrito or chile relleno. It did bother me that they were not taking any precautions with distancing or mask wearing. Last night our friends who go there regularly wanted us to meet them for dinner. We were seated in a center area in the front surrounded by booths on each side. The place was packed to capacity with no one wearing masks to enter (my husband and I were the only ones) and tables very close together. As soon as we were seated, the booths on each side of us were filled with unmasked parents and 3 screaming young kids at each table. We waited 20 min for someone to get drink orders and give us a menu. If it weren’t for our friends, we would have walked out and probably should have. When orders were finally taken, it took a while for the food to come out. When it finally did, our food was ice cold. Enchilada plate and sides were cold and my husbands fajitas looked like they had been sitting on a cold counter for a week. Our server was nowhere to be found. I had to get up and find another server to ask if we could get some help in getting our food warmed again. She very rudely said she wasn’t our server and mumbled something I did not understand. I returned to the table and we waited and waited. Our friends’ food did not look good but they said it was “OK”and ate theirs while we continued to wait for a server. Server finally returned and said they would redo the fajita order because if they warned it up it would get too burned. My enchilada plate was returned fairly quick and was just microwaved to get it warm. It was OK but nothing special but at least edible after it was finally warmed. Everyone was finished eating and my husbands fajitas still had not arrived. We were ready to leave and just tell them to forget the fajita order when finally after almost an hour the new order of fajitas arrived and was sizzling as they were supposed to be. Everyone was finished eating and ready to leave so my husband ate way too fast but said they were good once they finally arrived. In the meantime the server had NEVER returned for any drink refills or anything else. My husbands glass was empty and he had to drink some of mine that was left. When the fajitas were finally brought out our friends told the server that they should comp the fajitas because of the cold first order and slow service. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. When we finally got our checks there wasn’t any comp or discount. Our friends (who eat there often and know the servers) told her again that the fajitas should have been comped. We never asked or expected anything. We just wanted to get out of there after a horrible experience while being surrounded by 6 screaming kids to make it even worse. The server said it could not be comped “because they had to recook it” - to make a long story short, we won’t be back and realize now why we stopped going there 10 years ago. We have a favorite go-to place for Mexican food and will continue to go there. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this place. There are so many better places.
