Hour and a half to deliver a single sandwich 2.5 miles. And wouldn't answer phone so I could cancel. I had already eaten when it finally arrived.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF! management is very immature and inconsiderate, needs new managers asap, if not building needs to be shut down. The way the talk to and treat people is ridiculous.
Couldn’t even eat it! I had to pull sandwich apart before biting into it and what do I see? Specs of hair! I notice when I walked in the employee was messing around in her blonde hair. I thought she was a customer until she went around behind the counter. She didn’t wash her hands or nothing! She put on gloves and started to make sandwiches. She had on a pink long-sleeve shirt. Filthy, very unpleasant! No uniform or nothing! This was very disturbing, I should’ve known better but I was hungry and still wasn’t able to eat. Where’s the manager? I didn’t get the lady name but she has a even cut short hairstyle, blonde, and on the plus size.
Good service once again. The sandwich was tasty. It’s slightly better than subway. The tea was watered down, so it’s one way to save money.
It was fast. The order was correct and the food was good.
We used to order from this location all the time until a little over a year ago. The freaky fast has become slower than pizza delivery. It shouldn't take over an hour to deliver a sandwich half a mile away. I'm writing this because it's at least the 5th delivery that has taken this long and I'm just done with this location. I talked with the manager & owner who both obviously could care less. Also, they do this thing where right after you place an order they mark it as out for delivery (even though it's not) I assume to make some metric look better. I will say all the delivery drivers are incredibly nice and none of this is their fault. Just bad management.
Freaky fast, but it’s wrong everytime I get home. Not just way wrong, like sometimes nothing on the sandwhich hardly. I’m not picky but come on. Slow it down and get it right
First time in a long time that I have had Jimmy Johns. My food tasted great! Will definitely be back!
Love the food at Jimmy John’s but my food has been wrong the last 3 of 5 times I’ve paid for it and that’s the final straw. It’s simple, I want my sandwiches as is no Mayo. Last two times had Mayo that I threw away and the last time had no anything! Dude!
Sandwich was great as usual but the staff was atrocious. Guy up front was new obviously but the trainer made the sandwich and immediately started playing on her phone not letting anyone know the sandwiches were ready. Had to wait for the new guy to come out from the back to figure out where my food was
