The service was stellar. Everyone on today’s shift (1/22/22) gave amazing service. They were patient & kind…. The type you rarely see now a days. It has been so long since I’ve seen GREAT customer service , especially from every employee I encountered. From the young man at the register, to the kitchen, to the gentleman that waited on us…. While I was there I noticed the service was consistent, even with patrons who appeared to be a bit difficult. Kudos to this shift and this location! Job well done !
The Holiday Ham in Germantown helped us have a bit of normalcy to look forward to for Christmas . We were informed that we had been exposed to Covid Wednesday evening and had to quarantine. Since I usually bring dessert on Christmas , I had nothing for a nice meal. It was too late to thaw a turkey. I called Holiday Ham yesterday and explained the situation. They weren’t doing curbside but were happy to help get us setup. I pulled up, and they put everything in the trunk. Paid over the phone and was able to safely get a meal ready to pop into the oven for tomorrow. For a single mom, it was a lifesaver.

I went on what was probably the busiest day of the year the year and the line moved smoothly it was a great experience
Stay away. Very unprofessional unacceptable behavior. Corporate will be contacted! I purchased an $82 ham and tried to return it because it was way too salty. My family couldn't eat it and didn't. The lady called her manager, Frankie Ramos to deal with a return. He told her to offer me a $50 gift card or take the ham back. Why would I accept either if I spent more and the ham is not edible?! She then tells me that she ate the ham yesterday and it wasn't salty. What does that have to do with the ham I purchased? Did you eat a slice of mine?! She then opens the drawer and hands me $60 and tells me not to come back. Who tells a customer not to come back because they want a refund? I said no, I spent $82. She then hands me another $20 and throws the ham. Her and her manager had an attitude because I wanted my hard earned money back..... why? They kept my $2.31.
Enjoyed a wonderful soup and salad here for dinner. The Turkey sandwich is very tasty!

Great food and great service! Everything is so fresh! Great place to catch up with friends or catch up with work. Love they have a space big enough for meetings.
