Awful place to eat. Employees are typically rude, especially Anna Lowrie the assistant "manager" and owners are completely absent now since it was sold recently. Dirty tables and long wait times for soggy sandwiches. Female owner is a terrible person. Very rude and confrontational. Her husband the co-owner is rude as well. The store manager and assistant manager are very rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back here for disgusting soggy sandwiches served by disgusting, unprofessional people.
Ordered and sandwich with no mustard and no pickles. Got home and it had both. Took it back and they re-made the sandwich with you guessed it…pickles and mustard. The staff is not paying attention to their work or training is lacking or both. Ended up going elsewhere.
I recently just came in came to pick up a order for my wife who made a order from a doctor visit that we had with a limited amount of time to eat before her testing at the doctors office. They had made a mistake on the order and the manager or what not was very rude and made no attempt to reconcile the whole situation but made very sure there was nothing she could do and got so belligerent that she hung the phone up in her face. Worst firehouse sub experience I’ve ever experience and I have have been going there for years now!!

I absolutely love firehouse subs! I had their new gyro chicken sub today, it was so good! I hope they keep it around for a while!
I always love the sandwiches and the service. Sadly I wasn't too happy watching how they were cleaning tables, 3 or 4 wipes with the mystery rag. No proper sanitation on tables or chairs.
Good service. Good food.
