Went in to take my kids to lunch. Sitting inside waiting for a table when manager walks by, tapes a sign to the door and walks back to the back not saying anything. I go and look at the sign posted which says they would not be serving dining room. You couldn't have told everyone this as you hung up your sign? It's cool you were understaffed and had to make this decision, but rude to avoid the customers you had in the building. Obviously we left and ate something else.
Excellent services and Benny got the best drinks in town and will get you right!!!
I didn't even know I was ordering chillis because Doordarsh said it was Maggianos Italian classics... . Ordered through doordash and called to sub the penne marinara on the chicken parm for fettuccine Alfredo and I was told I can't modify the order ordered through Doordarsh.
Went in with my husband and 2yr old son, was told it would be a 45 minute wait, we had to leave due to them not having enough servers. It would be nice to have that posted at the door, young servers laughing and goofing around so I was confused as to why we could not be seated. Ended up leaving.
Saturday evening and not that busy. Got seated fast but server was very slow so ordering took a while. I felt safe with a chicken sandwich but it took three or more bites on each half before reaching actual chicken and even then, it was very thin - almost like it was split in half to coserve product. This is hard to believe because it's a 12 dollar sandwich! Geez. This pitiful piece of chicken should never have left the kitchen so you can see that both our service and food were way below average and I was forced to leave this critical but completely honest review.
Benny was Great. We didn't have to wait to long for anything. He took care of us. Everything was good. Especially the drinks he made us. Will be back as long as he's there. Great server & bartender
Southaven, Mississippi curbside service SUCKS. Rude waitresses and cold food. Remember to check your orders because 99.9% of the time , they’ve got it wrong!
Came here for lunch and was seated promptly. Pleasant dining experience the food was brought out very quickly and the server was attentive. The portions were just enough for a lunch and hot and fresh.
Update 11/28, ordered to-go again. Nini was so sweet. Food came out hot and fresh. Fries were still crunchy when I got home.My latest visit was on 10/2 with a to-go order. I've order to-go three times in the past year. All those orders were correct. The food is fine. Exactly what you'd expect with a chain. When I went on 10/2, kennata was working the to-go counter. She was very nice and professional. She was working hard while three workers nearby in the kitchen were goofing off. She had plenty of to-go orders to handle and she did well.
We placed an order via the Chili’s app on a Wednesday evening. According to the app the food would be ready in about 30 minutes. I got to the Chili’s and a young lady came out to get my name. She was working so hard and her service was awesome. She came back to my car twice to let me know there was no order for me. I had to show her my order and the location which was that Chili’s. Finally they found my order. It took over an hour from the time I got to Chili’s until I left to get my order. When the young lady bought the order to me 45 minutes after the time it was due to be ready it was wrong. I went into the restaurant to speak with the manager. When she came to speak with me. There was no introduction. I had to ask her, her name. She seemed unfazed about my complaints about the wait time, to the order being wrong, and me having to come into to get an order that was for carside! She did not apologize, nor offer anything from my bill or a dessert for my wait. The apology would have sufficed! I have been told that this is the worst Chili’s in the Memphis area! Management needs to do better!
