Love the food, menu variety, service, and atmosphere. It is also conveniently located with good parking. I like the portion sizes and the cookie is always a nice addition to the meal.
This place has a wide variety of chicken salad choices. The food and service is good. It can be crowded at lunch time.
I must applaud this location for their amazing customer service. I experienced a bad customer service issue a couple of months ago and I spoke to a manager to express my feelings. Today I visited this location (originally with apprehension) and when I tell you - Management and the staff more than made up for the mishap. Very apologetic and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. Looking forward to patronizing this location again and again. Job well done.

Worst customer service ever. They messed up a lunch order. I called to advise and the asst mgt asked me to com back for the missing items. That was impossible. He then advised he would credit my account and I could pick up a free item. I went back the next day and the rude Mgr acted like she didnt know anything. I explained again and she gave me a free item card that expired in 30 days. I went back in a weeks later and gave them the free item card. Why did they over charge me? Again I had to correct them. They finally corrected it. But still messed up the order ( no pecans on grape salad). The salad is decent tasting but over priced. However the lack of customer service leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. Not worth the frustration. I hope other locations are better.

It’s not exactly a place for men. It’s safe to say they are designed for the soccer moms. And my wife loves it. The best time to go is during the week after 2 pm. The lunch rush is crazy, and if you go on Saturday you will wait in a long line. The tuna sandwich is delicious. My wife is happy with the chicken salad. I was surprised to see kitchen staff without hair cover.
