This visit was disappointing. I was in a long line at the drive thru and placed my order using the mobile app. After about 30 minutes, I make it to the window to only learn the salad I ordered was not available. There were two opportunities for the orderly to verify my order with the kitchen but they failed to do so. The salad was replaced with another but I had to wait additional time for it. I also ordered a Frosted Lemonade for my daughter who was home waiting to learn when she received the treat that it was a vanilla milkshake.. I understand the time of my visit was close to closing but I expect the same level of service up until the last customer leaves everyday. This is unusual and I hope they fix it before it becomes the norm...
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The manager here was very rude and unprofessional.. i was waiting for my order for 22 minutes and she skipped me and instead asked the people behind me who weren't there before me if she could help them with anything. After 20 mins 3 employees noticed I was waiting for awhile and went to the manager she she said '' im getting her sandwich for whoever that girl name is'' RUDE. As a manager she should of done her job and asked what can she help with like she did with the other 2 white people she decided to help that came after me. Very Unsatisfied!!
If the government could run as efficiently as this drive thru, the world would be a better place. How do they get 50 cars through in 3 minutes, all while making each customer feel special, and serving hot, delicious food?
This is the best run Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. The food and service are great. This location has the staff to handle service very quickly.
IM AT WORK RIGHT NOW BUT HAD TO STOP BY TO GIVE AN EXTREMELY HUGE ROUND OF APPLAUSE TO THE MANAGER RICK HES LITERALLY OUTSTANDING WHEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE LIKE THIS MANAGING ANY PLACE IT WILL TRULY MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS DAY THANKS FOR BEING SO CARING AND GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY TO ASSIST EVERYONE YOU ARE TRULY NOTICED (I’m hoping I’m saying his name correctly ?)
Efficient, well-staffed, and courteous. Orders are handled promptly even during peak hours. Mistakes are corrected without a fuss from staff.
Excellent, everything is always excellent with Chick-fil-A!!! Line is long. Wish you could order inside. But always good.
I am always super impressed with the service at Chik fil a. The food is fine, but the real reason we eat at Chik fil a is that the service is always consistently good, fast, and on point. The restaurants are always clean, and we never worry about the state of the kitchen. This is pretty much the only fast food place we eat at.
Chick-fil-A?????!!!!!!??? More like Creep-Fil-A!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Food was good, but workers were CREEPS. Too polite. Almost concerning, I thought I was talking to humans but they migHt be robots. Not sure. I believe they make their workers go through endurance training where they run 35 miles straight and do 2 million push ups in the pouring rain at -9 degree weather. They will do ANYTHING to make sure your order is right, and that means ANYTHING. They will kill, eat, fight, murder, roll, jump, karate kick anything in the way of good service. If they fall out of line consequences are frightening. A worker forgot to say “my pleasure” after I thanked her and a vortex sucked her into the ground. I left shaking and screaming, but the food was still yummy.
They got my order wrong today, how you mess up a kids meal. I told my order to a young lady in the line, not at the voicebox. We actually was face to face and she typed stuff in her tablet as if she got it right. I need them to start reading back orders because human error is real. I was too tired to go back after leaving the West Cancer center with my mom. It is a bad weather day and I was just tired. Even the sauces I chose was wrong. sigh
