After a long night of working a part time job I managed to make just about $40 to feed my family. Thinking Arby's would be a better option than McDonald's. Well my food was cold and hard as a brick. My beef and cheddar sandwich taste like it has been sitting all day and my fries clearly has been sitting for a while. We went to bed hungry and disappointed. I guess I should've paid attention to the red flags. Their restaurant score which was 65 was starring me dead in the face and I ignored it smh. I tried calling the restaurant and no answer. I will be there first thing in the morning demanding a refund. Please don't eat it here.

Do yourself a huge favor, stay away from this place.Terrible food, overpriced small portions, and rude terrible people who only are serving you via the drive through.

All it took was getting to the drive-through window and you see why the arby's in Germantown sucks. More interested in there personal conversation than getting it right.
Worst Arby’s location in Memphis! On two occasions my food was hard and cold, couldn’t eat the food! Even when I was pulled up to wait on food it was still brought out to me cold ….. how does that happen?!

It was closed due to staffing shortage ? I needed to clarify that the one on Winchester was closed, the one in Germantown was open and everything was great ?
