it was a first time for us and i was absolutely amazed at all of the different items available and the amount of knowledge about the products. the guy in the store was very nice and extremely patient with all of my questions considering i’m a lover of coffee and the whole tea thing is new for me! i am going to experiment with the many different recipes they have available and some of the spices and really neat sugars that are in the store. my husband is excited to try out the bourbon honey!! if i was to recommend one thing it would be daily tea samples for us Java Junkies to explore!! overall i was very pleased with the staff, service and i’m excited to try some tea!!! keep up the great work and we will be back to see you in Gatlinburg!!! we even found a local pottery store called the potter and the park that sells “tea jars”.

After my very first to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area this weekend. And visiting your store and what a pleasurable experience it was and such a friendly and helpful staff. Love the teas and spices here, the staff not so much. This was my 2nd visit of which I was looking forward to buying more loose leaf teas and a new tea strainer. We dont have a store location in Michigan near where I live. The woman who checked me out in May was also the same woman who was in the store in January as well, she was NOT helpful and rather rude upon asking her if the store was able to add points to my account as I already have an online account that I regularly use. She provided me with the a very rude dirty look and informed me that the store has an entirely separate loyalty program and that was it. Pretty sure these stores are independently owned and operated, sure would be great if the owner knew how rude staff was and if that woman is the owner, she needs to take a some lessons in Customer Service!
Visited yesterday… no acknowledgement from either of the “dead weight” associates at the counter. Had a few questions… but given their lack of ppl skills, customer service… etc I walked out ! I was quite impressed with the stores concept and selections. #Thelackofcustomerserviceatotaturnoff!

Wide variety of teas from all over the world. Black, green, white, rooibus all available. Charming atmosphere and employees. If you like something and want more, they also mail order. They also have cup filters, flavored sugars, strainers, and the like. Nice little place. Will absolutely return.
very nice place. lots of spices and all different kinds of teas. The owner there was very friendly. I'll most deffinitly go again. Priceses were very good.
Awesome little shop with lots of cool things. Spent way more money than I intended to! They have pretty much any spice or tea or coffee that you can dream up.. The associates who worked there were very friendly and helpful with me in making my selections. Would highly recommend it.
