The staff is amazing, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The garlic knots and eggplant parmesan are to die for. The blue cheese dressing was delicious and so was the salad. Put this one on your list for sure!
Food was great! They served garlic knots bread with marinara. I had a Philly cheese steak sandwich and my wife had the fettuccine alfredo. They were both great and I would highly recommend this place
So, we had heard lots of great reviews of this place and wanted to try. We weren't that impressed. First of all, we had the oldest waitress there and while she worked her tail off, she couldn't hardly keep up with her tables. No one offered to help her, although I saw her helping others bring out plates, etc. We did get a lot of food on our entree plate, and it was so good, however, it was way too much and we left half our plates because we were staying in a hotel and we knew it wouldn't get eaten. The garlic knots they brought out at first wasn't done, they were raw doughy, not just a tad under cooked. The marinara sauce, however, was amazing! So good! We will try this place again just for the fact that the marinara was so good, and our entrees were so good. We just know that next time kinda what to order and what not to. I should say, our waitress, bless her heart, just kept apologizing to us. We will try again.
TripAdvisor is on target again! Awesome food and gigantic portions. Garlic knots come before the entrees. Huge, delicious and garlicky. Granddaughter had the kids cheese pizza at least ten inches and tasty. Her sister had the mushroom and Swiss burger which had great flavor. My wife and had the meatball park appetizer and a salad. I had the baked spaghetti combo which was excellent. Granddaughters had the rainbow cake for dessert which was dense and delicious.
All of our dishes were excellent and the portion sizes were amazing. Friendly hostess, staff and servers.
The food is amazing. The servers were great. The tall slender blonde manager was a jerk to several, including to staff. I understand being busy, but she told one customer if he didn’t like how something was done, to leave, him and his 86 year old mother. This was done loudly in the middle of the restaurant. Then a hostess ask about seating in the area of server and knowing they were backed up on their tables, the manager still told her to assign it to the server. Two ladies were ahead of me at the register and she had them step aside and refused their order for the time and said at least 15 min, which they already had waited. She was rude, no thank you, no nothing. The three star rating is for the manager, other than that it would be 5 star. I will say to ignore the one stars who say the food is not fresh, that’s a lie, and I have eaten here for years. And no I am obviously not an employee.
Picked up Togo meals and this cost $87.00 and it was not worth it at all. Alfredo was bland. The mozerella sticks didn’t taste like mozzarella sticks. The chicken parm was okay but no different than going to Olive Garden. The people were really nice though I will say that. But I don’t think I will try this again.
Food is excellent. Truely Italian. Marinara is exceptional. Wondered about the location but we were pleasantly surprised.
Absolutely the very best Italian food we have eaten (devoured) and enjoyed in a very long time; actually since leaving LI, NY. Upon entering this restaura, your senses are immediately piqued. The scent of fresh and delicious garlic mixed with Italian cooking is simply mouth watering. Before I start raving about the food, I want to point out the location. Mere minutes from the hustle and bustle and incredibly expensive parking of downtown Gatlinburg. Parking here is that happy word, FREE. The food. It is truly the real deal Italian we absolutely adore and so good in its real deal NY style and quality. The dinners are very reasonably price and include luscious garlic knots with homemade marinara, a fantastic house salad with house made Italian dressing which was fantastic. I had the chicken cutlet parmigiana with spaghetti and marinara sauce. The chicken was perfect. Old school. The best. My husband had Chicken Française with penne with a olive oil and garlic sauce, he said it was outstanding. He had the same salad and adored it too. We loved chatting with the owner, from Brooklyn originally and 100% Italian. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. It is not t be missed!!! GO.
Stopped in tonight to pick up an order for home. Everyone is welcoming and treats you like family. I love Ms. Geri and Mr. Harold. Great food and amazing service.
