Worst service ever. Very rude workers. Throwing the food around just because you ask to put it on the side.
Within walking distance from Courtyard. Very nice staff! Ate several times during my stay.
We like subway at least once a week. This subway made a great sandwich. Fresh bread and good service...
The person was very very rude - he literally screamed at us for nothing just because we had 4 foot long orders - not sure of his name - served by 20044 (May be employee id )They had very less veggies at 12 pm in the noonWe asked if he can pack a foot long as two separate 6 inch and he refused right outHe used the same gloves for every customer - he touched meat and used the same for our veggie delight - didn’t change the gloves for the next customer as wellI would avoid it
The male worker was very rude he was also the only worker there that being said the wait time on two subs was only 5 minutes but I spent 10 minutes in line
Signboard says its open but no one serves. Do not go this place after 3 pm. Misguiding people.
First off the woman making the sandwiches today did a good job. She was professional and even cut the sandwich in 3 pieces like I asked for.But she and her colleague gave off the vibe as not wanting to be there. (Something recurring here in Gatlinburg).Also this subway is very small and it was quite crowded around lunch time.It took for ages to order our 2 sandwiches, which was kind of the opposite of what you expect when heading to a subway.If it was possible I would give 3,5 stars.As I would judge the work of the woman making our sandwiches with 4 stars and the rest with 3.
Went by the business at 5:50pm on August 25th. A Subway employee was sitting in front of the store. The lady said she was the only employee and she was taking a break. Come back in 20 minutes or so. Walked by an hour later and she was still sitting outside the store. We found another place to eat.
Poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
Young man was by himself working right before closing. He did an excellent job!
