This is honestly the worst subway experience I've had. Came to Gatlinburg TN. Spent the day walking around at 11 o'clock p.m. I put in an online order as I was staying in the hotel behind them. They took money off my card but when I showed up they didn't have my order or any record of it. Told me I had to come back at 8 a.m to talk to someone I'm leaving at 6 in the morning and most everywhere here is closed. Young kids just shrugging me off.

Visiting all the way from Florida. Placed an order for delivery. One hour later nothing. Called restaurant “all sandwich markers are busy call at a later time. One and a half hour later nothing. Taken them 2 whole hours just for a delivery. They finally delivered our cold sandwiches. We ended up ordering KFC with was after and super fresh. Very sad and bad experience.

We had an amazing experience here! Walked in and needed to feed a team of hungry boys. Told them I needed 20 subs. They helped me decide what to order and didn't complain a bit. Whipped me up 20 foot longs in a matter of minutes. Very appreciative of how accommodating they were to us!

We ordered from the app. Restaurant was about a block from our hotel. Food was fresh , made right and was ready when we got there. Great after an exhausting day of walking around. I have a dairy allergy and I knew subway was an easy place to find dairy free food.

My friend ordered me a salad to go and this is what we got, very unimpressed for almost 10$.

We love subway! This one is extra special because it has a spacious upper level where you can eat over looking the strip

Very positive experience. We went in on Christmas Day. The service was top notch, the food was very fresh and good. Thank you to those who worked on Christmas Day..you did an awesome job!!

Fast friendly service. Store was clean. Employee was super nice, efficient and pleasant. Definitely will return when we return to area.

Worst subway I've ever been to. The girl working I wish I got her name she had the worst attitude I've ever seen it was like we were bothering her by being there. My daughter asked would you want us to take our business elsewhere and she rolled her eyes and rang her out. My biggest complaint about the same employee was my other daughter left her phone in the bathroom a kind customer turned it into her personally when my daughter realized she went back when she first asked this very employee said no one turned it in luckily customer was still there and confronted her and said she just handed it in to them. This girl should be ashamed and you know who you are shame on you. I can't imagine why she just couldn't be honest. Shame on you. Subway should wonder about her and her intentions as their employee. I wish I could give no star's
