Always love the coffee and our service was super fast!
Awful experience. Should’ve taken 5 minutes. I used to work for a corporate Starbucks for four years. Their card reader had frozen. I told the girl cashier this over ten times and she continued to stare at me blankly. I even tried to tell her just to cancel the transaction and re ring it up, continued to stare at me without saying a word. Her manager finally walked over and restarted it. All the while, my drink sat and melted for ten minutes. I would never recommend this location to anyone, at least until they find better employees. Or at least until they train their employees to actually SPEAK to the customer. Problem solving is usually required at a job smh.
Don't get me wrong, I love Starbucks, but I expected to be able to get coffee on my way to work and found no signs up, but it was closed. A food city employee informed me that they had changed their hours to 7-7, which kinda sucked since I work at 7 so no more coffee before work.

Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. We waited for 30 minutes, only to finally get to the front of the line and find 3 employees with absolutely no work ethic. They checked their phones, hung out, and drank their own coffee. We left when a lady came through to let us know they were out of 75% of their drinks and she waited over an hour and a half to get hers. Absolutely ridiculous.
It took us over 45 minutes to order and get our coffees.

This is the closest location to me, as I live in Cosby. I go in here almost every morning and the ladies are always so kind! My drinks are made quick, and they always taste great! The Food City this location is in is also extremely well kept and clean! 5 stars for this Starbucks location and the staff!
Big tourist spot here in Gatlinburg. They are super busy. They need more staff working at peak times. With saying that... I waiting in line for 10 minutes. Waited an additional 15 minutes for my drinks. I've always been one not to mind waiting as long as you can see the employees hustling, working hard. There were 3. The only person working hard was a lady named Laslie. The other two did not care what so ever. Moving so slow. Actually stopped and laughed and checked phones. That's annoying. Only reason it's a 2 start and not 1 star is the drinks were good.
Stopped to get a cup of regular coffee,stood in line for half hour,finally had to ask for my coffee,some how they forgot my order
