We are staying at the Holiday Inn Resort and when you look up closest Starbucks on the Starbucks App, this one does not come to first. The only reason I know was that I saw it on our adventures out.Staff was friendly and busted getting the orders ready and out. Very busy location.Thank you for yummy drinks and quick service!
Store hours posted as 7:00 pm. Closed and locked the door at 6:45 pm. Very rude when asked why.Do not recommend this Starbucks!!!!
Nice place, but don't take or provide Starbuck stars
The staff here does an excellent job of taking care of you. This location is always busy especially considering the amount of foot traffic in Gatlinburg. While it is a busy location, they get your orders out in a quick an efficient manner with minimal wait time.
My husband and I have been to this Starbucks twice since we have been here this week. The first time was awful! They messed up his drink (trenta black cold brew… not that hard and yet they messed it up..)
Friendly staff and nice place! Grab a cup of hot coffee before going on the road!
The cold brew was watered down and the drink was made wrong twice. I pay $5 a drink at Starbucks partly for consistency. The pumpkin spice also ordered tasted good, asked for whip, but no go on that either.
Be prepared for them not to have your drink, or have a very limited selection. But you are also in the heart of a tourist town.Only giving 3 stars because the breakfast sandwich was cold and they mislabeled our coffee cups and I got stuck drinking my husband's that wouldn't give me mine back ?
Good quick service on a Sunday AM, but heads up they don't take rewards!!! They'll happily take your gift cards but no Stars or coupons!
