Service was great, very fast. Food was pretty good. I ordered the BBQ nachos and had LOTS to take home for leftovers. Located right on the strip, we had a fantastic view of the activity down below, with the mountains in the background.
This place was great! We sat upstairs at the bar and Scott was the bartender. He was super friendly and we really enjoyed talking with him. I had the smoked roast turkey sandwich and my husband had the brisket sandwich and both were delicious! I had the home made chips, he had fries. Drinks were good, good value too. Would highly recommend. There are a lot of stair true, but if a problem for you, just remain on first floor. Worth a try.
A really nice place to eat on the strip. Food was good, atmosphere was nice. The staff was friendly too. The only issue we had is that we ordered salads and asked that we get them before the meal… they came with the meal.
Food was not what we were expecting. We ordered a dinner salad to share and it was very small. The artichoke cheese dip was good but the fries were a little dry. Service was a bit slow, not because our server didn't try but maybe...understaffed? Nice atmosphere. Didn't see any elevators so don't know if it is handicapped accessible but there are a lot of stairs.
I rarely give 5 stars, but the food, facility, and staff were all great. I had the Reuben, fries, Delta Catfish, and Cole slaw. All of it was great. The rest of my crew loved it all from burgers to chicken tenders to meatloaf. The decorations felt warm, an they had an outside veranda if you want a city view. Stop in, and you will not be disappointed.
Came during busy time waited not even 30mins. Our waiter johnathon was amazing he helped us pick our food and helped papa bear with a special grilled catfish with Cajun seasoning! This dish needs to be a main dish o. The menu easily could be top 5 entrees. The service and atmosphere all 5 star! We will return and recommend to all family 2 year Old approved.
We wanted a light dinner option as we planned on stopping at a specialty ice cream shop afterwards and their salads sounded good. I was hangry when we got there - had already walked too much that day - so was not pleased by having to wait and then having to walk up multiple flights of stairs to the restaurant proper. If there was an elevator option the young woman at the reception desk downstairs could not be bothered to tell anyone about it. I had the strawberry salad and was very pleased with it - multiple juicy berries as well as some fried chicken and good salad greens. Overall an OK experience but...those stairs....
We enjoyed our experience immensely! The food was awesome and our server Akelia was fantastic! The signature cocktails were spot on too. Highly recommended. We’ll return here if we make it to Gatlinburg again.
This was our 2nd time visiting this place. I love the burgers and great service. Felt a bit rushed this time, we were in & out in less than 25 minutes. The stairs are a bit much in 95 degree weather.....
We were seated right away. The food was good. Little warm if trying to escape the heat. Our server wasn't the friendliest. But I was hot and cranky because I had to take a few flights of stairs to get to the restaurant because the lady at the front gave horrible directions to the elevator!
