Food was okay but 2 kids meals cost 17 dollars. It's more for the ease and comfort of being able to eat at the waterpark and still stay there. Overall grade: B-
A bit pricey for our large crew ~ we had a snack and the fries were piping hot and delicious! Liked the convenience but wish the drinks were much bigger!
We ate here while at the water park. Food and service are good. We had nachos. Very tasty. Great place to watch the children play in the water park.
We had pizza, a chicken sandwich, and a chicken salad. The chicken breasts for the sandwich and salad we're nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. The pizza was good, too. It is reasonably priced and convenient. Servers are friendly and polite.

Very limited menu and it is 14 dollars for a double cheeseburger and fries. Food is really good but way over priced. Very good workers with great attitudes and looked like they enjoyed their jobs and cared about the customer
We almost always stop here when we go with the family to the waterpark. The prices are good and the food is good. Good burgers, fries, and basic snack bar food.
We were lucky enough to have a room with a fantastic view. Nice hotel, felt kinda homey. The kids loved the balcony the most. I loved the private bedroom and the huge walk in shower was just perfect after a long day.
We had rented a studio unit. We were very pleased. The place far exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and updated. They have a trolly/bus that will take you anywhere in the resort. No need to drive your car to get to the pools or hot tub. There was a marketplace with a Starbucks! The pools were very clean and well maintained. The staff were all super nice and did everything to make our stay the very best. We will be back!
We took our granddaughter to splash country at Dollywood. We stayed at the Westgate property for two days. This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. We are not property owners. It is a resort style property currently still under renovation. If I had not already purchased tickets for Dollywood we would have just gone to the indoor water park on the property. This place has or will have everything you need. It has a spa, 2 outdoor pools, shuttle service, mini golf, bar, zip line and much more. Our room had two double queen beds, jacuzzi, two full bathrooms with two shower heads in each. The toilet was in its own room in the bathroom. It had a full kitchen, dinning table for six. It has a living room and with a balcony that you can to from the living room and the bedroom. It also has a fireplace in the living room. Staff is great. When you check you in a person will go with you to your room to make sure you have everything you need and help you find where you are staying the property is huge and still growing. They do have security. We did go in a visit the indoor water park. If you are an owner the water park is free. For other guest it is $25.00 plus tax.
