I had been coming here multiple times per month the past few years and it had always been a great experience, until this past weekend. I received horrible service from the waitress and upon paying she followed my husband and stepson out of the restaurant to yell obscenities at them. They were not rude to her in anyway, they did ask her to correct the bill since she had overcharged for items but she refused. They paid and walked out, she was mad that she didn't receive a tip; she wasn't tipped because the service itself was horrible and we were then made to pay more than we should have on our bill. The manager and the owner were both made aware of the situation and neither even offered an apology.

Sammie was an amazing waitress! She was very sweet and accommodating at a time when the restaurant was filled to capacity. Delicious food and better service!

Super fast delivery. The wings were delicious, as was everything else we ordered. Looking forward to trying more next time!

The pizza was great! We had it delivered to our hotel room and they even sent paper plates and napkins.

Unsure how this got 4.6 stars. Overpriced for what seemed like frozen mozzarella sticks, frozen fried ravioli, frozen jalapeño poppers, frozen mushrooms and frozen pizza. Wings were okay. My kid and I couldn’t finish more than 1 slice pizza and we were starving. Plus waited an hour. Better food at chain pizza restaurant honesty.

Food was Delicious and Great Customer service. We had Ultimate supreme pizza and sampler plater appetizer. Our server was very helpfull and helped us to make right choice

I love reading bad reviews, it’s my lifeblood.I don’t think this place deserves it.We went at 11:00pm, and they were kind. It seems the original server was on break, so the kind woman at the front took us to our table, got our drinks, took our order, and brought us our food. She did this while juggling every walk-in and delivery (which was one every like… 6 minutes, back to back to back). She did it all with a positive (and super cute/quirky) attitude. She was personable and made comments unique to us, making us feel like people rather than a number. The comments about customer service are whack. The comments about price is whack because they clearly state the price on the menu + it’s a tourist area. The comments on food time might be valid, but if you’re dining it, it’s reasonable. We got cheese sticks and they had a thick marinara that stick to the fried bits perfectly. We had a small chicken bacon ranch pizza that was pretty great. The bad reviews are whack at least from my experience. The ONLY comment I could make negative, if I were to dig, was that the tables could have been bussed, but it was clear they didn’t have their full staff at that time and they were flooded with to-go orders.

Really great service here, our waiter took great care of us and was a super genuine person! Food was also pretty good and the shop was in a great location. Definitely a super solid stop for all things Italian!

We are so dissatisfied in the service. We ordered a super simple order …large pizza and a Greek salad without onions and no olives … as you can see in the attached picture this was not accurately understood. To add, no dressing was included !! I am allergic to onions and was unable to eat!!! In addition, the salad COST 12 dollars!!!!! 12!!!!

Our family of 5 randomly picked this place and we are glad we did. Service was fast and the food was delicious. We choose the appetizer sampler and a jumbo Philly cheese steak pizza. The sampler had a little something for everyone. It arrived hot and everything was perfectly fried. My favorite was the ravioli. Next came the pizza. Like the sampler, it arrived hot. The crust was thin and crispy. The toppings were perfectly proportioned and did not over power the pizza overall. We were in and out within 1/2 an hour, which was perfect since our next stop was a late night visit to the aquarium.
