Did not want to get out in the rain for dinner so ordered delivery. Delivery was very fast and arrived hot and fresh! Driver was very nice as well. Food was amazing and hit the spot!
Papa John's wouldn't deliver to my location but Doordash did. Delivery went great, pizza was still warm when it got here roughly 20 minutes after pickup.
They never answer the telephone not order because they won’t answer the telephone. So I went to the store because I was close by and it was not sanitized I could tell walk out . Gatlinburg really needs to step up and they have better places to eat Pizza that’s clean and good workers
Pizza was done on time and made just like I ordered it. The only negative was that Shaq wasn't there to sell it to me!

Placed an order online and it never arrived. Tried calling and I was on hold the entire time. No one ever answered the phone. Can’t even get ahold of someone to get my money back either!!!
I've never had food delivered to me at a hotel from a restaurant that was hot.... Until today. Our pizza and papadia arrived in less time than was quoted and was piping hot and delicious. Will order from here again for sure.
Good food and right across the parking lot you can go see the famous Salt and pepper shakers..
Very slow. Ordered in app.. 12 to 24 minutes until ready. Arrived at 28 min. Pizza not even in oven. Took another 12 minutes until they put in oven. Took 58 minutes from time of order until ready at counter. My order was a large cheese pizza. Crazy. At least it tasted good.
Due to this being the only place to deliver to our resort (without using doordash or grubhub) we ordered here 2 nights in a row. The first night was ok aside from all the bubbles in our pizzas. 2nd night... the bubbles took over most of both pizzas leaving little to eat. The restaurant was closed before we got back up the hill to our room to call. Poor consistency & I know papa John's strives to have 0 bubbles so I'm left wondering why this store doesn't use the bubble poker and make a more quality, exceptional product
