Those pancakes were so good my family loved it. Long line to get in if you are there for breakfast on a summer morning but worth the wait. Clean place and good customer service. Price value is not much so i guess all the 5 stars are because of a tourist spot!
I liked pancakes and omelet. We ordered veggie omelets, their taste was good but there was a piece of bacon in my husband’s omelet. He canceled it. Because we never eat bacon! Nice place. If you want to have a breakfast in that place you should go before 8 a.m. Because pancake pantry is very famous place.
We went here twice while in Gatlinburg. Both times our server was Nona, she was friendly, very attentive. Our food was hot and fresh. Crepes were as usual awesome!! Their club royale was very good!
As always, never disappoints. We are local to the area and always enjoy the Pantry. Don't let to get line in front scare you, it moves fast and the experience along with food are worth the wait.
I've always come here when I visit the area but was disappointed this time. The pancakes were delicious but the hashbrowns and chopped grilled ham and grilled onions tasted like they had been sitting around all morning - not fresh. The waitress was not overly friendly and appeared a little agitated. This visit was not what I remembered from years past. There are other places to try.
Great place to eat ! Would recommend eating breakfast,lunch or dinner here, A must do for families , prices were reasonable for a family of 4, don't forget to try their Link sausage,very good !
We stayed in Gatlinburg for a week and had breakfast here twice. The service was very good and fast. The food was very good and reasonably priced.
This is the best breakfast I've ever had. We ate here 2 days in a row. The syrup is so smooth. Don't be discouraged by the long line, it moves really fast and is well worth the wait.
Thank you to the manager JILL she really saved this review from getting two stars. Also a busman CORY I think his name was helped us locate our server. The food was absolutely delicious I had the Caribbean pancakes because I love coconut. The sausage links were nicely cooked and we Alain had the bacon waffle. Orange juice and water were our drinks of choice.The issue was after we ordered our server MAYCEE was no where to be found. I needed napkins I couldn’t find her, I needed more water I couldn’t find her….. when someone else found her for us she came straight over and put the bill on the table as if that’s what we needed and never asked if I needed anything like maybe water, Orange juice or a to-go box.We had to say hold on we didn’t need the check yet we did want a to-go box, napkins, water and a bag. She still disappeared after that so I had to ask Cory for the restroom.I was informed she normally is better then she was with us. I hope she has a better day tomorrow cause she lost a great tip
I seriously cannot applaud the Pancake Pantry enough. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was phenomenal. We were seated within minutes of arriving and had our food out before long. The chocolate chip pancakes were delicious and the sausage has wonderful flavor.
