Stopped by here for lunch on a weekday and were seated immediately (after we waited for my husband to park the car, they won’t seat until your entire party is present which is a pet peeve of mine at a restaurant, especially in an area like Gatlinburg where parking is tough). I can’t remember the name of the band playing but they were good and they played tons of great songs! A lot of my favorite country songs from the 90s! The food was nothing special but everything they had was good. I had a chicken salad and the waitress suggested I try a different dressing than the one it came with and it was delicious! My kids loved the cheese curds for an appetizer. If we’re ever back in the area we’d go again.

Visited Ole Red to see a pretty good regional band. Upon entering, we found the front desk staff to be disorganized. We had to wait 15-20 minutes although numerous tables were cleaned and available. Apparently, wait staff did not communicate with the front desk. After being seated and waiting for 10-15 minutes for anyone to take our drink order. After another 15-minute period, the wait staff brought our drinks. My beer was warm and the other cocktails were bland, tasting more like Kool Aid than a rum based mixed drink. Ole Red is a large facility. A good place to see live music. One of the few bar/restaurants on the Gatlinburg strip that are open late. I would hope they work on team communications to better serve their customers.

We had a group of 6 show up for dinner and got seated upstairs in a corner. Was surprised at how few choices there was on the menu and majority of the options weren’t that appealing-no steak or chicken options, mostly hamburgers and such. I did try the brisket tacos for appetizer and they were great. Definitely a tourist trap as food and drinks were way overpriced! Dinner for 2 with 3 drinks was $150 for an Applebee’s kind of meal. The drinks were the best part of the entire meal! Was disappointed when I got the check and noticed they added a 18% gratuity on the check and then left the suggestion at the bottom of the ticket for another 18-20% tip to be left. I’m generally a good tipper but she only got the 18% from me that day. Half of us in the group had been drinking and if we had not noticed that, we would’ve ended up tipping again. Too many options in and around Gatlinburg. I won’t be back.

Our group of 8 had lunch at Ole Red, the food was good and the entailment was great. We were there when they were slammed and short of staff, so patients was required. The wait staff did a great job taking care of but they were overwhelmed. A couple hot orders came out cold but they replaced them. My sandwich was delicious.

Ole Red didn’t disappoint much. Top notch, talented musicians and singers. Very clean. They were out of many simple menu items and drinks. Lemonade for example. Who runs out of lemonade?? Out of their signature mugs that are supposed to be served/bought with several cocktail drinks! What? How does this happen? Money opportunities flushed right back out the door. Out of several different draft beers as well. How does this happen?? Food was pricey but tasted good. But the musical talent overrides the establshement’s shortcomings.

We were only here late night, never tried the food. But the drinks were good, service was friendly and the band was great! Atmosphere was fun! They do have a nice security team, keeps anyone from getting too rowdy, felt safe!

Over priced and not good. Seemed we were inconveniencing the waiter. 6 kids drinks and 4 adult drinks $140! ?

Our party of 7 adults plus 2 children tried several food options at this restaurant and I’m not gonna lie…everything was the most tasteless food consistently we’ve ever tasted in a restaurant. We were super shocked because a restaurant that represents Blake Shelton is one in which we would have expected to eat tasty southern cooking! It absolutely was NOT GOOD! The problem was the ingredients were NOT salted or cooked or flavored in any way. The best choice was the burger and that was nothing special! Sad last dinner of our family vacation ? the children didn’t even like their kid meals. Let me add that we have never complained about a meal in a restaurant before BUT this was flavorLESS! The server did take 3 meals off of the overall bill but no manager ever visited our table to say sorry or what can we do to make it right? Pitiful! Don’t waste your money! There are hundreds of other choices.

WE went to Ole Red to show support for a friend of our son's who was performing there. Not only was the atmosphere and the singing totally awesome, but the food was super delicious and the staff was superb. WE can't wait to go back again!

Loved the live entertainment and Blake’s menu was super cute. Down to earth good ol country food. Must try tge cheese curds and jalapeño ranch. The fried tater tots with beer cheese was so creamy and delicious. The wait staff was super down to earth and accommodating. Definitely coming back and bringing the family.
