I have been to many Mcdonald's over my life time, and I have never had the experience of them giving me the wrong drink 3 times in one stop, and mess up the food also in the same stop. When we brought it to the manager's attention she had an attitude and threw the food that was messed up in the trash. Not our fault your staff is not trained to put the proper order in the bag.
Went there on 5/18 at about 10:30pm and was very upset with our service. The person running the drive thru was mocking my wife as she put in her order, very immature. I would have had words with him personally but there was a police officer in line in front of me. First rule in customer service should be to respect the customer unless they disrespect you.
Stopped here on our way home from a long tiring hot day at Dollywood and the tables were dirty as was the floor and the service terrible! Also hot inside not sure if the air wasn't working or what but not someplace I'd want to eat.
Two online orders during breakfast on two different days. Food was hot both times and order was correct. Gentleman that brought out the order was very kind and polite. They even added extra hash browns when the order took a bit long to fill the second time.
I came here again to get my replacement meal. The last time I stopped in my burger was wrong. The drink was wrong and the fries were not good. I explained to a manager and offered my last name. They had it on paper from an email from the 1st issue. After all said and done I get handed a bag with just the burger. Not that I eat much fast food but as a local ill never stop at this McDonald's again.
Dont usually do a bad review but this place needs improvement 2 of my items where not right had to return them the young man at the register really could improve on his attitude toward customers really felt like we was really putting him out to have to take our order we had questions about a meal and he was looking around like we wasnt even there ...
Food is hot when you get it but be ready to wait around 30 minutes in drive thru even if they don't seem very busy.
They are overpriced. The food is dry, and the employees have a terrible attitude. An normal breakfast meal costs $9.85. They scam innocent people stay way (Chicken biscuit and coffee Size medium)
Sat in drive thru for no less than 20 mins. I called number listed in google maps and it's a fax number. My guess...this happens often and they got tired of people calling to complain. Pathetic how almost every McDonald's we go to has the most incompetent employees.
After hiking 15+ miles and gaining over 4000 feet of elevation this McDonald’s hit the spot. The new Land Sea and Air sandwich was solid. Sauce was free here, but refills were not. Not sure if this is a norm now, but something I found a little different.
