Ordered Steak, Fries and mac n cheese. Steak tough, fries were warm, and the Mac n cheese was the box type like easy mac.. Hubby had burger and chips. He said it was ok, and the chips were good.
Good tourist town restaurant. Nothing fancy or amazing, but still good. Almost no options for vegans/vegetarians/plant based. But the server was really nice and let me order the mac and cheese off the kids menu.
Rude, arrogant and terrible food. Under cooked and cold food. Sever called us racist and changed servers. Who is the real racist here. We will NEVER be back.
We stop here once or twice every time we visit Gatlinburg. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. We're definitely planning to come back.
Wouldn’t eat here again. This is our second time in Gatlinburg and we were not impressed last time and only ate here this time because we were staying next door. The food was mediocre. There were six of us and three of us were unimpressed. Those who got the salads said they were delicious. The best food at the entire table were the nachos.
Mahi grilled sandwich is great - and not on menu at Margaritaville Restaurant. Also enjoyed the nachos appetizer.
Great service from Patrick. Yes, the burgers are top notch, as he promised. Don't be afraid to order the Jerk Chicken Wrap. Delicious as well.
Came there for some apps and drinks and all were sadly disappointing. Margaritas were average tasting and quit small. Lotta ice. Bloody Mary had zero garnish in it not salted rim not an olive r pickle...nothing. Got the fried pickle chips and came out cold and soggy. Nachos the same cold and soggy chips. And just looked like stuff got dumped on it. I regret not taking a pic of it. Took 45 mins just to get a couple of apps and drinks. Had a party of 9 and not 1 person was happy.
While I love me some Landshark, the service here was not that great and something we ate caused my beer and the wifes' cider to taste terrible
Many places don't seem to know what to do with larger groups. We arrived with 19 people and almost didn't get in. They didn't have an area that we could all sit together, but we were fine with that. Then they didn't like having us sit in different areas of the restaurant. That finally was worked out and we were seated. Our server was great!! He was very attentive and watched over us throughout our meal. The food was ok. Nothing to get too excited about. Mine was awful. Overcooked, dry - so I just wasn't going to eat it. Wasn't going to say anything. Our server saw I wasn't eating so asked what was wrong. I told him and he brought out a manager. The manager apologized and asked if I wanted something else. He suggested an item and I said yes. After waiting awhile, and others were finishing their meal, I got mine. I was ok, better than the first but nothing great. When we got our bill, first they didn't comp mine (many restaurants will when the food is overcooked, not just that you don't like it), plus the item they replaced mine with was higher than what I ordered at first, so our bill (which was already high) was even higher. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.
