Vegan shake and vegan burger (bread?) the service was awesome. We had a mishap with our order we wanted the boca patty with mushrooms. We got a chipotle black bean patty instead. I’m sure the employees their aren’t vegetarian/vegan so we appreciated the clarification and patty change. The VEGAN SHAKE was bomb!!!!
Really surprised at this place. We figured a wait would be in order, but the building is like a TARDIS, way bigger on the inside. We were seated right away. The food was good, but the burgers weren't as good as I'd expect from somewhere with those as the highlight of the menu. That's the only reason for four out of five.
First place we ate at once we arrived in Gatlinburg. Had the smoke house burger and it’s definitely a very good burger. Will be going back before we head home.
Quick seating and service. Great location main parkway. Staff friendly and food was hot and well prepared! Great shake

Not very busy when we were there. Not very quick service however it wasn’t the slowest we’ve ever had. Food came out quick after we ordered. Burgers were good but very greasy. Did not get refills on drinks. Overall would try again, but may not be the first of the list of places to eat.

Wonderful place. I ordered a chili cheese dog & cheese fries and the fiance ordered a bacon hamburger with chili cheese fries. We shared a vanilla shake as well. They had someone inside as well who took complimentary photos & gave us a free one. My fiance hadn't seen that happen since he was out in CA. We went right near closing time and the staff was wonderful as well.
Was hoping wouldn't have to leave a bad review but... ordered ahead for convenience. Was directed to counter where I wasn't acknowledged for almost 10 min.. Was given my shakes asked for lids since Was walking back to hotel and was told they were out , so finally got order and left ..once back at hotel no condiments that were supposed to be on sandwiches or even in bag ..burgers were over cooked ..maybe better dine in but don't waste your time on Togo orders..
Great food and great service. Location is very busy we ate at the counter and got in much faster.
