After a long day on the road, we found Hungry Bear BBQ on door dash & ordered. The pulled pork was SO moist that the included sauce was not needed. I am a person that enjoys the taste of the food not the sauces. Will be ordering again next time in town.

Took the whole family (8 of us) out for supper here. Got their picnic meal that comes with 2 pounds of pulled pork and 8 buns and two sides. Ordered Mac-n-cheese & baked beans for the sides. Fast service and nice little restaurant to eat in. Recommended!

This place absolutely sucks at best. Ribs were raw. The meat had hardly had flavor. The beans were the best thing on the menu. But they are canned and they added hot sauce which added flavor. Very expensive and won't fix the problem. First time here. Last time here. Girl at the counter was mildly polite

My husband and I were hungry after a long road trip and touring the wonderful Salt and Pepper Museum. Let’s just say I’d rather have eaten salt and pepper. The portions are too small, waaayy too small for what we paid. We paid $39 for sides in a tiny cup and mediocre barbecue. We only ordered a rib sandwich combo and a brisket sandwich combo with 2 sides for each and a drink! They had a grill outside which was smelling good so we thought it’d be amazing. Such a disappointment! Customer service was awesome though. This place just was a let down for a hungry couple who expected more from barbecue in Tennessee.

Got excited to try some barbecue hoping that the localish looking place would do the craving justice but just the opposite. Terrible barbecue. Super dry old pulled pork and ribs were very also dry. The sauces were average at best but couldnt mask the terrible barbecue. Hard pass on this place. Definetly dont recommend it.

The beef brisket is amazing, the potato salad is homemade and creamy and the baked beans are yummy. Excellent customer service with a smile. It is a cute little mom and pop style restaurant with a delightful atmosphere.

The "waitress" was sweet, but the cooks were pretty sour. Especially after they screwed up our order. But this isn't really a restaurant. It's a pick up place with tables. And the food would certainly be better if it was served hot. Or even warm. But not everything was bad, necessarily. It just wasn't so great. The ice machine was empty but they promptly added more, so that was nice.

My wife and I stopped here because their other site ran out of meat before Noon. We got a 4 meat platter. Food is ok. But service is bad. Sides are small. Would not eat again , not worth a second trip

After a long day of zip lining and hiking my hubby and I were Hungry… we stopped here as it’s away from downtown which would have taken forever to get our food.. but it only took us 10 minutes to get our meals. We both got the ribs and loved them. The restaurant is kind of dark and not outdated.. but the food was great and that is what I was there for..

Great food. Been going for years. The pulled pork sandwiches have about 1/3 the meet. It's probably good for most people but I liked it here because the big sandwiches.I had to order a second sandwich. But great BBQ
