Friendly service and great food!!
I have known and loved 5 Guys forever. This however was the worst experience with the brand. The music and PA system was obnoxiously loud and distorted, the food came slow, and just did not taste as good as the 5 Guys back home. All of this pales in comparison with the fact that the prices were like 60% higher than I know they always have been. It was a rip off of epic proportions.
Went to Five guys since its been awhile, was unhappy to see only side is still just fries. Ordered double bacon cheeseburgers, med fries, and medium drinks, shocked it came to 46.40,! Burgers were great as always, but fries were cold and under cooked. You have to use a code number to get into bathrooms now. Not coming back for a meal, will just order burgers to go. Not worth the price
Look, you're going to pay the Gatlinburg prices, but the service and food were excellent. I got my burger faster than I've ever gotten it at a 5 Guys. The food was fresh, the place was clean, including the bathroom, and there was plenty of space for everyone when the restaurant was busy.
As usual, five guys is awesome. The food was good, my order was made correctly and they got free peanuts while waiting for your order. They do not have public bathrooms, but as long as you purchase something, they give you the code to entry at the bathrooms.
Terrible customer service! We were turned away as well as 10 other families just while we were standing there. The door says they close at 10 and online it states the same. We were there at 9:45 and the guy kept locking the door in our face as he was letting others out. This was during spring break as well so it was insanely crowded down town tonight.
Horrible service! Went to the Gatlinburg location on January 27 in the evening, my 62 year old wife and I walked many blocks to dine there because of the quality of the Five guys we have in our home town. When we walked in we looked at the menu and my wife and I agreed on what we wanted but she had to use the restroom very badly since we are up in age, and sometimes that just cannot wait due to her existing health condition. The entire staff would not allow her to use the restroom until we ordered and paid. Not only was she rude but yelled at my wife as she was walking to the restroom. I literally had my wallet out but was waiting for my wife to return to ask her if she wanted fries. We have never been treated that poorly in a restaurant before. I know rules are rules but a person has to have some ability to distinguish between a customer who is trying to take advantage of them. We left totally disgusted with how the entire staff treated us. There should be someone on staff at all times that has the ability to think past the end of their nose. We will never walk in your establishment again and notified the rest of the group that we are with to walk pass your place and find another place to dine.Kevin Voiselle
Per usual, this Five Guy delivers! Fast service, delicious food, and good service.
Yea it’s not the cleanest but there’s so many people coming in and out that it’s not hard to expect it to be spotless. The lines can get long but they move and the burgers are always worth it. The food came out rather quickly. For all the people that were there, I was satisfied with the service and quickness of my order.
Their burgers are alright for the price. I didn't care for the pickles. The free peanuts are great. For three of us it was over fifty dollars. The dining room is wrecked & loud but I think that's what they are going for. The restrooms were closed which for the price of the food is a bit crazy. I wouldn't be opposed to eating here again...my dad loved it!
