Called 17 times, hung up on each time so I went to the store personally. I walked in, informed them that I had called 17 times and wanted to order food but would like a discount for being hung up on so much. The (I presume closing manager, he had the sides of his head shaved and the rest of his hair tied back) proceeded to claim the phones weren’t working (despite the fact that you could hear the click of the phone hanging up and even employees talking in the background on some of the hang ups). When I called him out on this, he immediately went to yelling at me, telling me to order or get out and then threatened to call the police. Understandably, I was upset and decided to leave and take my business to the Dominos in Pigeon Forge. I’d sooner drive 20 minutes than give a man who yells at customers my business.

Don't open until 1pm. The phone number takes you to an automated service that doesn't understand English. When you finally get a human being, they have no respect for the customers and refuse to get a supervisor on the phone. They either put you on permanent hold or just hang up on you.They are short staffed because they don't pay a descent wage. All around it seems that Domino's doesn't even care about making money anymore. They should sell to someone that will actually run the business correctly.

I placed an order at 9:00pm with an ETA of 9:55, witch was fine. The store was only .4 miles away from my resort. Got a text at 9:41 that my order was on its way. I looked at the tracker at 10:10 and it showed and ETA of 10:36. So I called to see what the hold up was. I called twice the first time being on hold for 8 min, the second time I called the phone was picked up right away I told the gentleman I wanted to cancel my order and explained the wait period, he informed me my pizza would be fine and taste the same with the hour long trip it took to get here. I again said I want to cancel my order I then got told have a nice day and was hung up on… I proceeded to call back and as I was waiting another 8 min I got a text saying my order was canceled. This was very unprofessional and childish.

called to place an order at 11:40 bc nothing else is opened was told they closed at 11 so I then stated online said midnight an he played like he had no idea an stated well sorry there trying to run the place with all about 6 people not my problem better yet after reading these reviews glad I didn't order an I will be calling corporate come Monday morning bc I myself am a dominos employee just not here thank God.

We are at hour number 2 waiting for our order. We keep calling to see where the order is and totally get the runaround. Then call back when they don't show and put on hold for 20 minutes. The food is paid for, but I don't think the food is coming. Horrible service. Never had service this bad from any business in my life.

Short-staffed but hard-working and apologetic. This made the wait bearable. Pizza tasted just like any Domino's Pizza !

Bad experience. Waited 1 hour for the pizza, walked in and the guy said we werent even on the board yet. No one bothered to call or let us know. Would have been another 3 hours. They were really rude and difficult when trying to cancel. Unbelievable they let this bad customer service continue. Check the other reviews!

A weekend in a tourist destination & a location with only 3 drivers? Our order was prepared and in a delivery vehicle in a flash - the issue is that we had to wait for 3 orders to be delivered far away before ours. Our order was in the vehicle around 45 minutes getting soggy. The pizza was warm but fell apart in the middle due to the length of time. If you’re going to charge a $5 delivery fee, maybe deliver in a timely manner or use that fee to contract with a 3 party service like DoorDash as your competitors do at peak times. I regret ordering with dominos and stopped after a small portion of pizza. Next time we should go local. The drivers was kind, professional, and apologetic (it’s not his fault that our Domino’s experience was bad). Tried to call the store before delivery with no answer. Tried to report issue on the Domino’s app and was offered 20% off. Not cool Dominos

Honestly if I could leave negative reviews I absolutely would. I have never met a more terrible manager in my entire life. We placed an order at 7:47pm and our pickup time was around 8:40pm, we arrived and waited outside for a little while and then decided to go in and see what the issue was. We were then spoken to in an absolutely terrible way by the manager Joshua. He told us to “start over” and “drop the attitude” and then when we asked about the wait time and he gave us a rude answer about whether or not our name was visible on a list. It was not. I understand that weekends are busy but if there is going to be a 3 hour wait then the customer should be contacted and there should absolutely be at least SOME remorse given by the manager as opposed to him laughing in our faces and telling us he will happily just cancel our order. We canceled and ordered our dinner elsewhere. I cannot believe this experience and I would highly recommend you order pizza at literally any other location possible while in Gatlinburg.

I would never order a pizza from this place again we’re from Alabama we stay in Gatlinburg all the time it’s been 15 years now domino’s Pizza said 55 to 60 minutes for the pizza so we went to get it I walked in and asked for the pizza and the blond head manager got real fussy with me and wanted a order number and I tried to explain I ordered on the phone not online so I don’t have a number but I tried to show him my name on the screen he said not much longer and then it was another 20 minutes and then when I asked again he got pissy and told me my order was deleted to leave the store and I felt that I was threaten because he said before my vacation got messed up
