Checked in online, and then again when we arrived. The Hostess acted like we had interrupted her phone time, and after waiting 30 minutes discovered that she hadn't checked us in. Had to wait another 20 minutes before we got our table. Once inside, the service and food was what we have always come to expect from Crockett's. We have been coming here for years, and live locally. The Hostess needs to find another line of work other than being the first point of contact for this great place. It deserves better.

We are local Gatlinburg residents, and decided to treat our out of town visitors to breakfast at Crocketts. It was no “treat” due to the rudeness of Cassie who said she was the manager. Actually, she went beyond rude to hateful! How could any restaurant have such a nast person for a manager! The food was okay, but not worth the long wait; not to mention the bad taste left in our mouths by Cassie.

Prices are reasonable and the food is amazing. So good we ate there twice in a row. The wait times are long during busy hours but you get a text alert when it's almost your turn so you can walk around while you wait.

We got there when they opened. When we left there was a long wait. Food was good and service was as well.

Ate breakfast at Crockett’s Breakfast Camp and what an experience! Everything at Croketts is BIG! We had the pancakes and cinnamon roll and they are to die for. Atmosphere is BIG on country and has a fire place too. Go early if you don’t want to wait to be seated.

The food was amazing. Our waitress was amazing. The wait wasn't too bad we got in a little bit quicker then what they said. It honestly reminds me of a way better cracker barrel. I wish I would've got the cinnamon roll but I was too full from the food I already ate.

My wife and I have been coming here for years on VA-K, but something’s changed…the staff doesn’t seem to really care and avoid conversation at all cost- yes, I get they are running all day and are probably tired but- Proportions seemed to have shrunk considerably and in my unbiased opinion, the flavor of everything seems to have changed- the bacon, ham, and sausage didn’t have that smoked flavor. Still not bad - hour and a 1/2 wait at 11:00 am… closes at 1:00!

The wait at 9am on a Tuesday was about 20 minutes. Seems this place always has a wait time so it must be really good right ? The ambiance inside is nice. Our waiter was good but the food was just ok. We had corned beef hash with eggs, along with pancakes, bacon. I guess I was just expecting a better tasting corned beef hash. Plenty of options on the menu to choose from.

My husband and I were on a road trip and we spent 4 days in the Gatlinburg area. We had breakfast here one morning. I ordered oatmeal, fruit and toast. My husband ordered scrambled eggs, white toast, bacon and potatoes. The potatoes looked like they were shaved as opposed to chunks or julienned. The potatoes needed some seasoning. The fruit was fresh and very good. The place was very busy, but it's located on the busiest street in Gatlinburg and there was a large conference in town.

Mediocre at best. There are plenty of better breakfast restaurants in the area. Don’t waste your vacation time. Even Cracker Barrel is a much better choice
