Great Service. Iced Caramel Latte w/ Almond milk was delicious. A great balance of coffee and caramel flavor.
I got a spiced brown sugar honey latte and it was yummy. The people working were kind and seemed to enjoy being there. Can’t wait to go back ?
Fast service and great drinks! They have a walk up window so you don’t even have to go inside. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Gatlinburg!
Nice little shack in the heart of gatlinburg downtown to get some coffee. Definitely a bit pricey though. They have so many flavor options to choose from.
I got a vanilla latte and it was incredible. A little pricey but definitely worth it. If you're in Gatlinburg, this is the place to go for coffee.
I’m currently on vacation here in Gatlinburg and a few days ago I was walking along the strip and needed a coffee so bad and was on my way to walk to the Starbucks but then I noticed we were walking next to this adorable coffee shack and just had to try! Absolutely amazing coffee, super fast service for the tight space the 3 people working in there were sharing. I ordered an iced brown sugar latte and it was so delicious we ended up coming back today because I just needed to experience the flavor and best coffee in the area once more before we leave tomorrow. Will definitely be coming back here every time we visit. Both times I ordered this week there were different people working in the shack yet every time same great flavor and fast service. If you want a great local coffee I definitely recommend this place over any other place on this street. You guys put starbucks to shame lol.
I was a little chilly when coming down from the Anakeesta due to it being windy. I wanted a hot chocolate and this was a three minute walk from that area. They made me a salted caramel hot chocolate and helped me pick out all my options. My husband and I drove through the mountains to Atlanta after and I regret not getting a second one! It was delicious. I highly recommend this place for hot chocolate and your Gatlinburg everyday Personal Starbucks (even better) so many flavors/options!!!
THIS SHOP IS HORRIBLE!!!! First of all I ordered 2 hot chocolates made with milk I received my order but didn't like it cause it was watered down so I asked the RUDE LADY working there could i buy more chocolate (CAUSE I DON'T MIND PAYING FOR WHAT I WANT) she go on to tell me how its made which i didnt ask for I just wanted to purchase more chocolate and be on my way. I stated it was watered down and nasty she proceeded to start YELLING at me telling me the drink WASNT NASTY SO I asked her how could she tell me what's good to my taste buds and could i get my money back since she had an issue with me paying for more chocolate SHE STILL YELLING TELLING ME NO. I feel like if you have no customer service skills you shouldn't be in the customer pleasing business. ... I would NOT SHOP WITH THIS RUDE LADY IF YOU WANT A GOOD QUALITY COFFEE JUST keep going down to STARBUCKS ( I wish i would have).....I WISH I COULD RATE LOWER THAN 1 STAR.....PLUS WHILE IM TALKING TO THE RUDE LADY SHE DIGS IN HER BUTT....NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE......LETS JUST SAY I WASTED 12$ ON 2 HOT CHOCOLATES CAUSE ME OR MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT DRINKING THAT AFTER I SEEN THAT.....I guess I wasn't the right skin color to receive good customer service from her and her pic is below
Great coffee shop. Enjoyed my caramel macchiato. Also I like how they actually made the coffee hot because many times when we go to coffee shops the coffee is warm.
Best frappe I have ever had I'm there every day that they are open and they are so friendly and and I always leave with a smile on my face I would recommend the coffee shack over any other coffee shop in Gatlinburg you guy's are awesome keep up the great work
