My husband and I only get coffee from here every time we’re in Gatlinburg because it’s the best! My favorite is the white chocolate mocha!

I love coming to this shop when I visit Gatlinburg. They are the oldest family owned boutique coffee roaster and coffee shop in the area. They have a lot of signature blends they roast, and they offer some as little samples you can buy. If you're vegan or gluten free, they have many options for both coffee and pastries.
Nice options of coffees and teas, great employee. Will definitely visit again. I tried the mocha frappe and it was wonderful!
Our hotel had awful coffee so we went on a hunt for good local coffee shops that won't break the bank and this did not disappoint. Great prices, delicious coffee and it is nestled in a great little spot to sit and enjoy it!
Stopped in for iced lattes and got a cookie for the kid. Good coffee, glad we stopped in. Made with good espresso and really cute mugs etc in the little shop
I am a coffee lover. I am so happy I found Coffee and Company. The beans are perfectly roasted and do not have a burnt taste like many big chain coffee shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we are in Gatlinburg we visit Coffee and Company daily for a great cup of coffee. Absolutely love it
I remembering it being friendlier and less expensive. They have bizarre signs asking you not to touch things and they charge you an extra 50 cents to use your credit card. (Nothing like passing on your business expense to your customers!) I got a large frozen white mocha with an extra shot - cost me $7.84 - literally the most I have ever paid for any coffee drink. It wasn’t all that large…and the taste and my enjoyment was tainted by the fact that I felt I just got ripped off.
I came here few times during my stay in Gatlinburg. Coffee is the best in Gatlinburg. I was served by a lady who was very nice and friendly to me.
