Love this place! I always get the cheeseburger combo (cheeseburger all the way, good portion of fries, and a fountain drink that you can refill) and it’s basically $10 after taxes, which for this area isn’t bad. Everything is made to order and comes hot and fresh. I love the atmosphere and the people are friendly too.
We had the pizza and wings. The wings were good. They come unsauced but they will give you buffalo sauce to dip them in. The pizza was not very good and you could tell the crust was one of those premade ones that you buy at the grocery store. The personal pizzas say up to 5 toppings but they charge you $1.50 for every topping after the first.
Pizza was not great, crust was like cardboard. My biggest problem however is the “check out fee” that gets added in to your bill AFTER you pay. They give you a total, ask for a tip, and then add 4.5% fee to “check out” between you paying and signing the receipt…Shady business practices
My wife and I have visited this area for vacation over the past few years and we never noticed this place. It sits back off the East Parkway and just sort of blends in and is easy to pass by without noticing. However, when my wife and I were looking for a place to order and pick up a pizza and a few other things, a Google search directed us to this place. We got to speak with the owners, and they are the best! This place not only makes pizza, sandwiches, salads, etc., but they are also a little mini-mart type of store, with small sized packages of things for travelers visiting the area. Laundry supplies, toiletries, cooking supplies, and of course different snacks, ice cream, assorted carbonated beverages, and much more can be found in this little establishment. There are even some tables outside if you wish to eat your food there. We took our pizza and chef salad back to our cabin to eat. The salad was pretty good, and all of the ingredients looked and tasted very fresh. The meat lovers pizza....well it was pretty average at best. It was pretty dry and had very little cheese, but the cost was low so we didn't expect much more. Overall I think this is an amazing little place, and it is very convenient for people that live in or are visiting the area. We will definitely visit again, and likely try one of their sandwiches next time.
Sent the hubby for a sandwich which he ordered on phone he specified extra mustard via phone on side.So he asked the lady who said it is in the bag. And I open bag one package for a turkey sandwich. I literally got cranky. Who says extra mustard and uses one package? She put 3 ketchup a mayo and one mustard in there. So my husband goes back to buy a jug of mustard and ketchup. You'd think she'd realized. Poor customer service
Great place right out side of Gatlinburg! We stopped after spending a busy, crowd filled day in Gatlinburg. The restaurant was quiet and the service was excellent. Food was very good, especially the hamburger (the bun was very good which is typically not the case at many cafes). Perfect place to stop for a good meal outside of town!
We stopped on the way back from Gatlinburg. Because, there is nothing else around. No places to stop and grab food. We got a large supreme pizza and took back to cabin. The pizza had hardly any taste. Little sauce on it. Would not get pizza again. I can't speak on any other food. Would not go back..
Love their pizza. Usually get it uncooked and take it back to the cabin to cook it ourselves, but either way it's great.
The regular burger could be so much more if the patty didn't taste like cardboard. I'm sure Sam's club sells better meat products in bulk. The processed cheese on the cheese burger and grilled cheese sandwich wasn't melted properly and also tasted quite rubbery. Please taste test your products before using it on your menu.
I absolutely love love love this store and everyone who works in there also !! There so friendly and funny and there food is AMAZING!!! I would recommend this place to anyone !!!(There grilled cheese is the best)!!!!
