Do yourself a favor and go to this Cicis. We have been here several times while in Gatlinburg the last couple years and they have always delivered great food. The salad bar is always fresh and the buffet is stocked with varieties of pizza. The cheese bread and cinnamon sticks are incredible. If you have a family to feed and are looking for great food for a great value, you can't go wrong here. Service is also outstanding here and you can tell they work hard to deliver a great experience - well done Cicis!
Best pizza spot, we went in here twice..once on our way to Clingman's dome where we were really hungry and wanted something we can pick up quick while we were in town, we were pleasantly surprised that they have free parking, and had us pick and pack the pizza from the buffet line...buffet has fresh pizza, cheese sticks, desserts and fresh salad options to choose from. I usually get bloated/sick if I eat more than 2 slices of pizza, but this pizza bread was different/natural and tasty that i didn't mind going again...prices were also good for the portion sizes...you also have the option to dine in, and the place is spacious and looked clean both times we went here.
We ordered 3 large pizzas for 5 people, thinking we would have some left over for later. The large pizzas were VERY SMALL! We ran out of food and we’re still hungry! Seriously, the larges were the size of a normal small. Oh and BTW it was $54 fir those 3 large pizzas and 1 brownie order, so not worth it!! Terrible, DO NOT recommend!!
How does this place only have a 3* rating?! Definitely deserves 5*. Very friendly staff! Super clean. Great location. Plenty of parking. Even better prices. They did a great job at keeping the bar full and the line moved very quickly. I really wanted a BBQ pineapple pizza and with absolutely no hesitation, he made it for me! Came out within 5 or so minutes. Plenty of seating available and a little arcade area.
It's a Cici's. You go in knowing what to expect, and it will be good never great. It was busy on a Saturday night l. I ate too much pizza and too many cinnamon rolls. Got in quickly though. The buffet was well stocked. Everywhere else in Gatlinburg was a minimum 1.5 hour wait.
Shout out to Sandy and her team at this location in Gatlinburg! They accommodated our large family gathering of 60 plus! They stayed open late just for us! The food was very fresh and tasty! The hospitality was second to none! This will most likely be an annual gathering place.
Fresh pizza with a pretty long wait. Amicable staff. We got the two single topping pizzas and the cinnamon rolls. These aren’t traditional cinnamon rolls but were served warm and were a hit with my family.
This is another one of my family's favorite places to eat. We travel to Gatlinburg every March for spring break and stay in a cabin just a few minutes drive from this Cicis Pizza. This is a top notch place. We have been eating at this location every year we go. Great food, great service and a very clean place. We enjoy going to this location. We will definitely be back next year.
We stopped at Cici pizza in Gatlinburg and I must say this was the cleanest restaurant I’ve even been in. Our seats could see in the kitchen when to door opened/closed and the kitchen looked just as clean. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. Staff was wiping up and keep all areas of the restaurant in order. We’d go back here for sure. Great job to the staff, manager and owner.
Great place to relax and enjoy fresh pizza. There's around 10 pizzas on the buffet. But of course you can get a custom pizza brought to your table. Also has a salad bar.
