Let me say that my review is based off of OUR experience. Yes the food is a little pricey but it's not like we ate here every night. It was a small treat we gave ourselves. Almost all of the bigger items include the all you can eat salad bar (it says it right by the item FYI). The establishment is a little dark, which I don't mind. Less lighting for people to see me eat so I was happy. It is a fancy setting which I would say goes more for like a date night? Or just adults. However our waitress was very sweet with children. (My son had a rough day and she does not know how much it meant to me that she understood and let him order when he was ready) It is very relaxing not too much chaos going on.Now, for the food. See that's where we went wrong. I wasn't too hungry so I just asked if I could just do the salad bar, which was ok and I truly liked. But the husband and nephew on the other hand wanted to go out and try something new. They ordered the smocked duck. Which included the all you can eat salad bar. They did not enjoy their meal. It was sweet and they kept thinking about THE DUCK. My neice and son loved their chicken tenders with fries and the rolls they gave us.So. If you don't mind trying something new or you like what my family did not like then give it a try. I would go back simply for the service BUT would definitely order something else. A date here would be perfect.The gentlemen by the sidewalk, hostess to our waitress I just want to say thank you for being such kind individuals.
A little pricey but worth it. Staff were friendly and the food was great. Best cheesecake I've ever had.

I have walked by Burgs for years and decided to try it and glad that I did. I was surprised to see the inside of the restaurant. I thought it would be more sport bar like but it was more elegant. The room was a little too dark for me. The food was really delicious and the salad bar was good and had a lot of selection to please all types of people. My server Alexis was awesome she was attentive without being too overbearing. I hope all customers get a chance to experience her service. I will be eating here again when I visit Gatlinburg in the near future. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience a great atmosphere, great food, and excellent service. Restaurant in downtown Gatlinburg serving beef, poultry, crustacean, and pork. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor located above retail businesses. Facilities includes dine-in seating with a bar and a self-serve salad bar.We had a good experience on our visit. Prompt seating, attentive staff and helpful suggestions were on full display.Food was very good. Salad bar was fully stocked with a variety of leafy and stalky veggies. Fruit bar was equally flush. We chose filet for our main course. Our steak arrived a bit too soon but the quality made up for timing missteps. It was a delicious lean cut, extremely tender and flavorful. We finished with a rich brownie for dessert.The venue is a bit pricey but on par with high end restaurants.
We wanted something a little upscale from the usual food that we were eating on our trip, so we tried Burgs. The food was fine, the steak was a bit too seasoned for my liking but the others in my party liked it. One of the best parts was the unlimited fixins' and salad bar.It is a bit pricy with a starting price of around $50. But overall 4 stars.
We were looking for a place for lunch and just happened to find this little gem. Fast service, great burgers and the salad bar is extensive. Well worth stopping in and will be going back the next time we find ourselves in the area.
Expensive steakhouse! Salad and hot bar was great but the steak was expensive for quality. Would not go back.
I've walked by this place at least 6 times in the past year and there is always someone outside telling people to eat here. This time I decided to try it out. The duck was excellent. My wife and daughter split a steak that was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. They have a nice salad bar that includes plenty of sides. Our server was excellent and we were able to talk about common interests.
