At the recommendation of the front desk worker we ordered pizza from here. Oh my goodness it was amazing. One of the best pizzas I have had. Will definitely be getting again once we return to the area.
I had the fastest delivery service ever from this place. I ordered 2 x-large pizzas (1 pepperoni and 1 Buffalo chicken pizza with no onions) as well as 2 bottles of soda (2 liters), and a cheeseburger with only ketchup. The lady on the phone told me 45 minutes to an hour for delivery, I was ok with it. I hear a knock on the door, I look down at my watch, it's only been 17 minutes since I placed my order, sure enough the delivery driver was there with my complete order. I even checked it, to make sure that there was no onions on the Buffalo chicken pizza, and only ketchup on the cheeseburger and sure enough everything was exactly how I ordered it. This was my first time ordering from there and everything tasted great! I'll be ordering from them again.
Great pizza, fast delivery! As we went through the list of pizza places after 3 spots in Gatlinburg saying closed on Wednesday (and it’s a Wednesday night) we almost gave up. We then came across Big Bear! Called in our order and spoke to a very friendly lady that took our delivery order. Arrived in less time than they told us on the phone and this mountain road they climbed to get to us is no joke! Highly recommend!
Placed a large order while visiting Gatlinburg. Got to the door fresh and hot in way less time tan the 45 minutes they told us it would be. Discovered we got the wrong pizza (they were really busy that night) and they prioritized the order and had a new one delivered within 30 minutes. Food was excellent, staff was great.
This is hands down some of the best pizza I've ever had in my life. I am local but never ate here heard good things so today was the day. We had the BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA and The meat pizza jalapeño poppers and cheese bread. Who cares about the price when you support your small business locals and the food is beyond delicious!!

This is a perfect place to order from when your pulling in at 9:30pm to the cabin and would like some scrumptious pizza. Big bear said 1hr to deliver and arrived in 43mins! Any 1 star review are just impatient folks without appreciation.
Large pizza any way you want was 8.99. I wanted delivery so they say it is a $20 minimum. Okay, I said we want a Large supreme a Sprite and cup of ranch.. add whatever else to make it the $20 minimum. They charge me $31 with delivery for a Large supreme and a Sprite with no ranch... Absolutely a rip off..
The owner is supper friendly. The staff is nice. The food was great. My son loves their double pepperoni pizza. We came for his birthday. The cheese sticks and wings were amazing too.
I work at a great hotel in Gatlinburg this is the place I hand out their menus all day long. Our guest love the place also. They have always had our food at the hotel at a decent time it's always hot and fresh. Me and all my coworkers order from here almost on a daily bases. Greg is always so sweet when he brings us our food.
