They have really gone down hill and charge much more. It is no longer an upscale wait table restaurant rather it is like a fast food order and seat yourself place while you wait for your order. The two $25 calzones cheese was still hard, not melted. Garlic balls hard. Kids fries greasy but $15 small cheese pizza fair. Certainly not worth $85 for 2 adults and 2 kids.
The food is delicious! For downtown Gatlinburg, the prices are very reasonable. We ordered garlic knots and an 11” cheese pizza. On the pizza, the amount of sauce and cheese were spot on, the crust tasty and cooked perfectly. The accompanying sauce with the garlic knots was lightly spicy. Yum! We would have liked more garlic and parmesan on the garlic knots. Will definitely return!
We used to go here every time we visited G-Burg. Not sure what happened, but really wish we had avoided it this year. My calzone was just gross, wifes burger was blah, and my daughter's alfredo was average at best. you order at the counter and then they bring it to your table. Wife needed mayo so i went up front and stood there trying to get someone's attention. There's no service at all.
Good food, but not the "best" Italian I've had.Everything besides ordering/them bringing tour food is self service. From getting own drink, silverware, napkins, to go boxes etc etc.(made it easier in my opinion) I had the spaghetti with meat sauce. The garlic rolls were SO YUMMY??I unfortunately did not take a picture ? Looked like normal spaghetti. Pretty good size too! Walked out waddling ?
First time here and everything was phenomenal. We got the famous garlic bread rolls, calzon and I got double shot bloody Mary.I didn't caught the camera guys name but he was super sweet and I couldn't thank him enough for capturing this moment . Thank you best Italian
The Buffalo chicken pizza was absolutely amazing and the best part was that the bread wasn’t tough to check or tear. The garlic knots were absolutely divine.
Food was good. We had a craving for Pizza and it was satisfying. We ordered the Black Bear 11 inch pizza and the half dozen garlic knots.
Best Bartender Ms. B is the Best in town...she is such a sweetheart. If you want an awesome drink and great conversation come see Ms. B...WE DEFINITELY BE BACK
You MUST get the garlic knots, they were so amazing! Service was great from all employees that helped us, but especially from our server, Charlie. The pizza was top 5 at a restaurant ever according to my husband and he considers himself a pizza chef so I was even more impressed. They also have parking which in Gatlinburg is a big deal!
We stopped in on a whim and did not regret it. The bread that they bring out is amazing! Everything we ordered was fantastic! Seated pretty quickly and the staff were excellent.
